He is the most dishonest person I have ever met. He will rip anybody off if he has the opportunity including family. It's truly like a snake that slithers in the grass.If the IRS was smart they would investigate this one because they would find a lot. And the government should recheck him again for food stamps and Badger care and Energy assistance and stuff that he still loves to get. He's already been in trouble for it in the past for it. I Wouldn't be surprised if it's coming in the future as well. He likes to pretend that he doesn't own the business he puts it on a fanticious name JRE but he really does own the business.If your a account customer Always Double Check Your Part Price from walk in customer price!! You may being paying more than a walk in customer.John likes to jackup price without you knowing, when he's not happy with you or you didn't pay your bill soon enough. He won't tell that through. Only one I would trust to buy from would be Eric. He's the only one left that is honest at the counter. Also most of the parts are cheap junk in my personal experience. Unless they order it from Somewhere else like Pioneer or factory motor or something like that. All the other parts stores that deal with him should check the returns from him because he likes to take his old parts and stick him in their Box and keep their new parts.And you don't want to work for him either. He likes to rip his employees off on every paycheck and hours and whatever else he can. If you speak to all his ex employees they will tell you hes also been sent to Wisconsin waging labor for it in the past. And he may be going through it again. He seems nice and honestfar from it . Its part of the cover. And the porn he watches at work is absolutely disgusting It's ruined the computer's left and rightevery employee gets to see it whether they want.

Yeah I've been going to j&h for years they're always courteous up there especially John the owner he'll try as damnedest to get your part for you if you can't he'll try elsewhere but I've always had good luck the majority of the time I like going there great place to go and get parts

The right parts at the lowest PRICES in town !! And always a good laugh with conversations about what it was like in our days of FAST CARS, with FAST LIFESTYLES AND "SUNOCO 260" WAS THE HIGHEST OCTANE WE COULD GET AND IT WAS THE HIGHEST PRICED GAS ON THE MARKET @ 38 cents A GALLON !!THANKS FOR THE GREAT SERVICE JOHNNY !! After my service in the Military, I built me a toy as "A Gift" to myself (this is like 1973) for making it back home, A 1968 CHEVELLE SS 396.And today in the 21st century, 2022 I still have the "NEED FOR SPEED" but in a different ride !!

Auto parts stores are usually zero help or give the wrong information but the guy at the counter here couldn't find the relay I wanted for my 10 year old GM car with GM #'s and then activity tried to talk me out of troubleshooting it myself and take it to a mechanic cause I could cause more problems. Not sure how I'd do that from replacing a relay.

This was one of the worst part stores I've ever been in The guy with the long ponytail in there working was extremely rude and was not willing to help me with my windshield wipers on my car maybe he was having a bad day but jeans don't take it out on the customer

Call ahead for parts. They usually have what you need but if they don't they can have them in as little as an hour or as long as 3 days.
