I needed an estimate on some suspension work.
There were very helpful and I have a clear plan for the repair and the pricing seems more than fair. I would recommand

J&L did a 2” lift on my Bronco to accommodate bigger tires for off roading. After a recent long road trip with quite a bit of off road,I had J&L examine the underside. No significant issues were identified. James even took photos of what he saw to show me. I’m blown away by the quality of service. A rare find.

Great customer service, very friendly and honest about the work they do and the work that may need to be done. Previous mechanic told me my Wrangler needed complete rear end replacement for $18,000.00. J & L inspected my Wrangler and discovered it was the jack under the cargo area had come loose and was rattling around. Didn't charge me a dime! Saved me $18,000.00! Customer for life!

I am so pleased I chose this company to do my 3” lift/level on my F-150. It not only turned out fantastic, but their customer service was exceptional from start to finish! This includes the reminder to come in after 500 miles for a retorque to ensure perfection!
Highly recommend them and I know I will be back when I go forward with my next update!

Got me in quick, diagnosed the issue and got the parts and fixed it in short order. Since I have a small lift/level, no other shops in the area will even touch my truck. Huge thanks to J&L for helping me out. I'll be back!

They were helpful getting parts ordered over the phone and got them in quickly. Everything was paid for in advance and came up to almost $450. After the 3 items came in one of them was not what I expected. I went to return the $50 generic wiring adapter (see photo below). They told me it was non returnable. When I asked about it the guy got angry short with me saying he’d lose money. Never was I told I couldn’t return it. It’s unopened and in the box. Also to make things worse the same part is $30 at other parts store. I would have understood it they said there was a restocking fee for a part they ordered in. Now I’m out $50 for a $30 wire adapter. They will not be getting any more of my business and I would not recommend them to anyone I know. It’s a shame because I have been making it a priority to shop from small businesses but I can’t support any business with shitty customer service.

After 2.5 months of little to no consistent communication with the service department, I was informed my Jeep's repairs had been completed. In the end I made it 1.5 miles with 3 breakdowns in that time. The last left me with a Jeep being towed after one of the tires disconnected from the Jeep and went through the window of a local business. When I called their shop to inform them of what happened on the final breakdown, I was told it wasn't their problem. This is after their tech. told me he "romped around" in my jeep and it was "so much fun to drive". Forgive me if I am wrong but if you were able to romp around and have fun then why couldn't I even make it 2 miles safely? Now I have police reports and insurance claims to deal with while the place that was trusted to repair my jeep wants nothing to do with the problems they created. Funny thing, my jeep drove to their shop just fine. And in 1.5 miles I have no idea if the work they completed actually works.

Work on my 2021 Jeep was performed on time and billed as quoted. They do quality work and will offer advice to make sure your project meets expectations.

Communication and customer service doesn't exist here. If you value your time and business, reconsider getting your vehicles serviced here. The child of the owner lack basic customer service and common problem solving skills. He has an excuse for everything. The front desk is ran by kids. The owner needs to set these kids in their place and do better with customers service and communication. I thought this place was different but no; it's just another run down unappreciative shop with kids destroying the business name. It's a shame.

Great people, and knowledgeable, friendly, and as quick as they can be.
Edit. I took my jeep there again this time for a blown radiator. The guys came and picked it up for me and had it done as quickly. These guys are the guys to go to for any off-road/4x4. I highly recommend

The owner @ J&L 4x4 is great! Really knows his stuff when it comes to automotive needs. Rims/Tires, Lifts, Suspension needs, etc!
Stand up guy! Came in for a leveling kit install, he pointed me in the right direction for what I needed!
Highly recommend!! Will not go anywhere else!

Had a problem with my 2013 JKU temp rising on hill or when I got on it other places told me it wasn't a thermostat problem because it was basically only happening on hills. It was these guys know their stuff I will use these guys in the future. Price was fair and was done quickly.

Chuck and his staff are very knowledgeable and they are reasonable. They can find parts that many shops are not willing to spend the time locating.
