I am so grateful to this team and the work they did to get my car up and running again.
I had really frustrating, ongoing issues with my 2011 Jaguar XF Premium, and this team was patient and dedicated to solving the issue. Great communication. Even when things kept going wrong with the car this summer, I felt I was in good hands (unlike other shops). This may be a little sentimental, but my father absolutely loved this car like his grandchild and was dying of cancer this summer when I was without my car for weeks because of the ongoing issues. The team here managed to fix my Jaguar in time for me to take my dad out on one more drive before he passed, and I will be forever grateful for that. I definitely recommend them.

Had a wonderful experience purchasing a Jaguar F Pace SVR with Jared Schmidt recently. He found the car at a satellite office in the Chicago area. Needless to say I fell in love with the car and he made the deal happen after 5pm on a Friday of all things. Service was above and beyond.

Adam and the service team got me in the shop right away even though I was running late. They did a thorough job of diagnosing my car and I appreciated the print out with costs included on the things that needed my attention.

Special thanks to Jhon Nicia and Sharyn McCarthy at Jaguar Madison! We arrived for our service appointment only to find that I had made the appointment at Jaguar Waukesha instead of Madison. They did not hesitate to accomodate us and got our service completed in less time than the estimate they gave. We appreciate the service and staff at Jaguar Madison!

We had our jaguar in to fix windows and got it back with the front windows work but not the rear windows. Wants us to make more appointments to fix the same problem.

Took my 2020 Jaguar XE and service, they cou
ldn't answer any of my questions, an offer to replace my front windshield for a scratch. When I went back and asked what happened the guy at the front just sat there and smiled like an idiot. I would not recommend this facility for service.
