Madison Jazzercise is good for my heart and soul and so much more. Every session is led by one of the amazing instructors who make certain that we get a super overall body workout (and at the same time, sweat out the toxins). I'm grateful for my Madison Jazzercise family - they're my peeps.

Instructors and the music make a hard Jazzercize total body workout fun! I leave feeling like I just went to a dance party. High impact and low impact are modeled by the instructors. Weights, balls, and mats are available for participant use. Give it a try!

I’ve tried a lot of different workouts and dance fitness over the years, and Jazzercise is the only one that’s been a constant!

I've been a Jazzercise loyalist for five years and highly-recommend their 45-60 minute workouts. The classes can be taken both in-person - at the Madison studio near West Towne Mall - as well as online, and are offered at various times each day (including noontime!). Each class contains a mix of glorious stretching, energetic cardio/dance and ballet movements and (most-important?!) weight resistance and strength training. You'll enjoy upbeat music and easy-to-follow steps led by patient and talented instructors. Fellow attendees range in age from 16-80+ years old. Move at your own level and get a great, uplifting workout. Important point: The Madison studio location has cushioned flooring to protect your joints. I'm 67 and love Jazzercise; please give it a try!

I have been Jazzercising for over 30 years, and have been a member of Madison Jazzercise for about 10 years. The program is fun, and the instructors are fantastic. The studio is large, bright, and clean. There are a great group of friendly people who come to the classes. I love being part of the Madison Jazzercise family!

Who would have known that 47 years ago when I was first introduced to jazzercise I would still be taking part in it to this day! It is the best program out there that gives you a well rounded fitness workout. It combines dance aerobics, strength training, building muscle groups and stretching all to the best music. Jazzercise allows you to grow with the program as you age and need to modify the various moves. It provides you with best fitness family. You not only get the physical fitness but great mental health fitness as well. Come give jazzercise a try and become addicted to it as I have!

I love going to Jazzercise at the studio. I love to dance and I find it's the most fun way to exercise. It's a great workout to fun music. There's so much positive energy flowing from the Instructors into the class it brightens my day!

The instructors are the BEST!The specific moves are given exactly— even for me — with my hearing deficit!(That’s from Old Age!)The precision of the instructions makes us “students” get the most out of our ge work-out!— the CORE— the shoulder /s when rolled— the joints / (not at the “club” forbeer)— () hand ?. Crossed arms overLegs— downward-facing dog— on the matEtcEtcEtc

Great instructors, upbeat music and always changing exercise dance routines! I like that each session typically includes some use of hand weights. The routines are great full body workouts. My only complaint is the lack of daily sessions available in the studio. (1 - 3 studio classes per day)I'm a morning person and wish they had a 60 minute class every morning. (M, W, F, & S there is an 8:30 am class. No morning class on T & Th.) Some of the sessions are shorter, 30 - 45 min. I prefer the 60 minute sessions.Classes have a diverse group of friendly, energetic women participants ranging in age from 30's - 70's. There is also a Zoom option allowing participants to exercise at home instead of driving to the studio. For an additional fee, there are "On Demand" classes available via computer through Jazzercise National. I haven't tried those yet due to the extra monthly cost, but apparently during the pandemic these classes from Jazzercise National were free with a studio membership and people really liked them.
