Alicia the cashier at the east entrance needs to go to customer service training. Her sarcasm and condescending ways are uncalled for.
She asked my aunt if she had JCPenney rewards. My aunt said, no I pay with cash. My mom laughed and Alicia said, why are you laughing? Even my 17 year old was upset by her disrespect. She went on to say several other disrespectful things and we couldn’t wait to get out of there. Alicia needs to keep her comments to herself and just checkout clients.

I tried to return a defective item, purchased from the east side store. The manager on duty, Julieann told me I could not exchange the item because it came from the east side location. I asked to speak to another leader and she told me no. The thing is, I just wanted an exchange! This is the worst customer service I’ve ever received. Thanks to Brian and Klindi in men’s for saving me as a customer because they listened to my issue, understood the item was defective and took care of me by making the exchange. Shame on the MOD for being so rude.

I prefer to try on clothes before I buy, but it's getting more difficult to find things in my size in the store. The visible wear and tear is evidence of a struggling brick and mortar store.
