It was close to 90° upstairs and high 70°s on the first floor. They always say that they are getting it fixed, but year after year it is still the same. Horrible lights flashing, I wouldn't be surprised if someone has had a seizures from them. And the women's bathroom hole in the ceiling has been there for years. When I said something to the workers about the heat, flashing lights and the hole in the ceiling, they always say, we put in work orders to get them fixed, we are waiting for corporate to fix them.
Most of the workers are friendly and helpful, but the store itself seems to have been neglected. Why are these things still problems year after year?

The staff is Amazing!! They helped us find a cheap pair of comfortable shoes for my wife (she forgot hers at home). Even 10 minutes to close they were smiling and helpful. Way To Go JC Penney's!!!

I really like the store. Their sales are the exception. They have big signs all over but I always seem to find the item in the rack that is not on sale. Read the fine print on all the signs or get sticker shock when you check out. I tried to explain the perception of this to a manager and she just stared at me with a blank expression.

They are making more space and today we got BOGOs shirts, kids stuff womens dresses. If you haven't gone in a while go get some awesome summer wear.

I had shopped at several local jewelry stores in and around East Towne Mall, JCP much to my surprise ended up being hands down the best service, price and the quality is top notch. Lydia amongst the other staff were super patient and helpful to me and my family as we shopped for rings several times. Thank you so much for all your help. I love my wedding ring and band!

This store really leaves a lot to be desired. The layout of the store is not welcoming. Their were items to didn't have any price tag, and there were no price checkers that I could see. I was not impressed with the offerings.
