Went in not knowing what to expect.y husband and I stopped by to pick up a free rv couch. We are remodeling are old 5th wheel. When we walked in we were happily greeted by 2 men. We looked around at all of the cool sheit for sale. We were not pressured by the salesman. He answered every question we had. I feel like the only people who could possibly ever give them 1 star.are the people that don't and have never worked on a vehicle . To not know exactly what of the 700 parts it could be. Jerrys rv you all are the bomb and do not listen to your lame haters!!!! Always Jerry's or nowhere

Fabulous service and easy to work with staff. Great selection. No pushy sales people like the big RV sellers. Answered all our questions and helped us make a decision we were comfortable with. Highly recommend.

OMG ..this Camp Center is the best...awesome. I spent 3 hours running around looking for LP connection to our RPod which sprung a leak while we were camping. I decided to Google RV centers and Jerry's Camping Center popped up and only minutes from our camp ground. I took my old connection along. They were sold out of them but the employee took the connection and within minutes brought me a connection from one of their used campers. Handed me back the old one with a used one to get me through...and did not charge me anything. I could not believe it. Such wonderful people...reminds me of the ma and pa stores years ago when we helped each other and cared about each other. I would highly recommend them for any of your camping needs and will cherish their kindness forever. Thank you Jerry,s Camping Center and all of your employees...especially the super sweet man that made my day!

We did it. Today we traded our sweet Horizon Rover in on the new magnificent Terra. Pictures to follow. We went to Jerry's Camping Center in Madison, WI and worked with Dave. It's our 3rd camping trailer with Jerry's and we've been stalking them for months trying to make this decision. The staff at Jerry's, especially Dave, have infinite patience. Answering questions, helping with comparisons, and negotiating in good faith. We have never had them be anything more than completely honest and treating us like friends more than clients. Jerry's isn't shiny and sparkly, just good and honest. Thanks for the advice. I'll keep reading and writing.

What a GREAT experience purchasing from Dan and Dave. I called on the unit we were interested in and got a price, upfront no haggle that was almost $5000 less than 2 local dealers. Also none of the dealer prep, tag and title fees garbage the other dealers wanted to charge us. We live in St Louis so I had to drive to Madison to pick it up but sooo worth the trip to deal with them, honest and straight forward. When I got there it took all of 5 minutes to do the paperwork and then Tom went over everything on the camper from top to bottom. Dan and Tom helped me hook up and I was outta there in about an hour! Save yourself time, money and aggravation just go see Dan. I couldn't recomend a business or the people who work there any higher...6 out of 5 stars!

Approach this dealership with a healthy dose of caution! If you do decide to make a purchase, get every tiny item you buy listed separately on your invoice, or you may not get it. Don't expect any after sale support! The only business on the planet whose outgoing VM says we "we get too many calls" and not to leave a message!!!

This January (2022) we were shopping for a very specific used travel trailer, an InTech Sol Horizon. We weren't interested in any other model; we had done our research and we knew what we wanted. These units are hard to find and when they become available, they sell fast. We missed one at a dealer in Rockford by forty minutes. We found one via the internet at a small RV dealer in Madison, WI, 2 hours north of our suburban Chicago residence. We made arrangements to come see the unit. The day we visited the temperature was hovering near zero degrees but the onboard furnace was cranking away and making a difficult inspection much easier. The unit was so close to new it was surprising. We were verbally assured that it was winterized by them and all systems onboard were working as expected. We struck a deal that included the purchase of a front windshield cover and an Andersen weight distributing hitch. The windshield cover was to be delivered to me from the factory and I would install it as it is a very easy job and I'm handy like that. In a few days the windshield cover was delivered but the six-foot-long extruded aluminum track was bent in its packaging and unusable. I contacted my dealer and they made arrangements for a replacement to be shipped. For a part they won't get to install. A few more days passed and a fresh part arrived. Three weeks later we hitch up the trailer in February and head west for a three-week trip to Arizona. Got out to Tucson and tried to deploy our Thule awning. As I cranked it out, I heard bad noises and stopped. Upon inspection I found fabric ripped on both edges, broken metal hinges, and one leg missing. Yikes! The next day I sent Dawn at the dealership an email explaining what I found and mentioning that we were assured everything was in working order. She stated she would order a new one right away. I was very glad to hear that but questioned her right away as to who was going to pay for it. She immediately responded that they were very sorry they missed it in their inspection and would replace the entire awning on their dime. Whew, that was close as these are not cheap awnings. Great, crisis averted. Weeks turned into a few months and no awning. More emails to Dawn and we discuss the unavailability of this particular awning. Seems they are no longer available from Sweden. Supply chain issues.... We remained patient. I started looking myself, even talked to the folks at InTech. They can't get them either and as a result, they are fitting powered awnings instead of manual awnings on their new trailers. A lightbulb glows above my skull and I communicate to Dawn that I would be willing to pay the difference for a powered awning. She said to let her check the situation. She got back to me in another day and said a powered awning was ordered and should be in soon. I asked what my part of the cost would be, and pay attention here, she said they would cover the upcharge since we were so patient with them! That's fantastic! OK, when I bring it in how about your guys install the windshield cover that you helped me purchase from the factory and I pay you for that? I haven't installed it yet and I would be happy to throw some business back at you since you're treating us so well. Told her this is a high-quality unit and they might not see us again. She said fine. A few weeks later the new awning arrived. We had another three-week trip planned in ten days. Dawn said they could get it done by then. I got the trailer to them the next day. Since the trailer was built without a power awning there was no power source or switch present. I scoured the web for solutions and between myself, the dealer service dept., and the InTech factory we got the power and switch sorted and it looks and works perfectly. Very happy! I was presented with a detailed invoice and a bill of $0. They even installed the windshield cover for us! This, my friends, is how you please and keep customers. Who is this wonderful dealer you ask? Jerry's Camping Center 4506 E Broadway Madison, WI 53716 88

Awesome people who will bend over backwards to help you! They are not the most organized, and there location is awful. Not super interested in ever going back there despite my new trailer I bought from them needs warranty work. I'm confident they will treat me well, but not really help fix anything.
