The team here is so patient and kind. I go during weekday afternoons and although I like to bring my own Mobil 1 (something most places won't let you do), they only charge me for the cheapest oil change, they always keep me informed and let me know about options, and they never make me feel stupid for not knowing more stuff about my car.

Have been here a few times and the service has varied every time. There have been some really nice workers but one very poor. When going over the oil options I hesitated before answering and I was asked “Couldn’t your husband or boyfriend tell you what kind of oil you normally use??” which was SO incredibly DISRESPECTFUL. I have stopped going to this location after that comment. That and they no longer carry high mileage (because I’ve always known what kind of oil I need on MY OWN CAR sir)

I know Jiffy Lube had gotten a reputation for being pushy with upselling. They must have listened to customer feedback and made changes because I don’t see that any more over the past several visits . The people at this Jiffy Lube were courteous, respectful and quick.

I had 4 team members helping me. Each one of them were clearly taking their jobs seriously and each one seemed to enjoy what they were doing. Their information was clear, there was no hard sell and their service was efficient and courteous. I heard them discuss their goals for the day and I overheard them interact with another customer as courteous as they were to me. So often, people in the service industry store simply going through the motions, but that was not the case here. They have earned my continued business.

Wasn't going to leave one but I feel I need to so that you know to not go here.
At first I was just disappointed but now I am just plain angry with them.
They don't advertise their price and it isn't until you are in the bay that you learn it. They charge a little under double what a standard oil change is. This is after you find a coupon online.
I needed one on the fly so I went here instead of my mechanic. After leaving I was leaking oil. It was just a few drips so I just assumed they just reused the "o" ring from the drain plug which can lead to a light drip. This did end up staining my driveway. I know that it will fade over time so I wasn't super stressed but it still shouldn't have happened.
I took it back into my usual mechanic today to get an oil change and they had to charge me a bit extra (still less than an oil change from Jiffy Lube) to replace the drain plug because it was leaking due to being stripped from being over tightened.
They were not only unpleasant to the point of rude when I went to Jiffy Lube, but also have shown that they don't know what they are doing.
Just go somewhere else.

Extremely expensive. You get less than other oil change places for the more expensive package. They don't check all your fluids. They just do your oil and your air pressure for your tires and it is almost $100. Don't go there

DO NOT HAND OVER YOUR CARD. Jonathan T who works here is a scammer. Put a hold on your card if he takes your card to the back office to “charge it”, rather than bringing out the card swiper to you. He also fraudulently signed the transaction on my behalf. This fat nasty low life bought 7k worth of fake hip hop jewelry and sneakers with my hard earned money.

Needed a quick oil change, went to this Jiffy Lube. Shortly after I pulled in, he quoted me $107 for a basic oil change. He offered me a significant discount if I paid with cash. I didn't agree with that price and asked to leave, but they had a tech camping under the bay already draining the oil. The price was justified by their claim of a 50 point inspection, which they did not perform. There was no invoice or interval sticker because the printer is down
Instead of asking for my general information he made me step out of the vehicle and fill it out myself in the bay area while he watched

Overall very happy with service. Only complaint is the price. You definitely pay for the convenience of just driving in with no appointment. Staff was very kind, helpful and personable.
