Bad customer service from Brandon . Yes they changed my oil but they didn’t do anything else that’s listed on their paper. They didn’t ask about my air filter, they didn’t wash my windshield, they didn’t add wiper fluid. I would go to take 5 instead, they’re better.

STAY AWAY. My in laws took their car here. The oil change and filter was $160!!!! That is pure robbery!!! My mechanic shop (bennettes) only charges $40 for the same oil change type and $30 for a filter. The tech took a sensor off and was slamming it on the ground. Maybe sensor was stuck? Who knows but if you need to wack it to get it to work, shouldn't you replace it?? Ever since, their car kept chugging on idle and then kept shutting off and rolling back as if it was in neutral! Very dangerous! I took a look at it and found they didn't even plug the sensor in all the way. Plugged in the sensor, cleaned out the rest of the filter chamber which they should've done especially at that price and the car runs perfect now with the check engine light gone. This place is a total scam and thank God I fixed the problem. There's a reason why I don't go here and why mechanics always laugh at jiffy lube. And no I'm not going to contact whatever email address you're going to respond with here.

Tracey and Cody were wonderful!! They didn't just change my oil, they also stayed 45 minutes past closing time to replace my dead battery. Thank you so much for the friendly service and for going above and beyond.

I needed a quick oil change before heading out for the weekend. I probably should have called first to check there time, but I arrived at 11:45am just to be told to come back in 45mins because everyone was on break.

so I just went to jiffy lube for an oil change and its 4 pm. it took awhile for someone to come out to help me and when he did he said 'we're on break right now, come back in an hour' (they close at 6.) not sure if the owner wants to know they have employees that turn paying customers away because of this. i get short staffed but every employee there was on break at the same time? find that hard to believe. won't be back. don't recommend anyone go there if this is how they manage things

Why to expensive for an oil change, and a new air filter was $160 some dollars. I could have gone to the dealership for that price! Never again.

Tracey was a fantastic help and very pleasant during our oil change. There was a customer that was being very cruel to him and Tracey was extremely calm and professional. He greeted us with a smile afterwards and gave us fast and quality service.
