Horrible service. I tried to drop off a shirt and suit to be pressed before 10 on a Friday and was told it wouldn't be ready until Monday. Stay away.

My first experience with this location has been spotless. Painfree, convenient, easy-to-use 24/7 service. Jacket returned cleaned and damage-free. Pricing was fair. I will be coming back.

I’d recommend this location for dry cleaning as they are super quick, reasonably priced, and staff are helpful.
I’ve been going here for about 3 years, and for the first time one piece got damaged a few months (the damage is the only reason I took off a point); and they worked with me for the claim and to replace the part that was damaged on my item—at no extra cost to me.
They also now have an updated facility and have seemed to automate/advance the drop off and pick up method in their store, and the place looks upgraded.

I accidentally spilled nail polish on my new favorite sweater and after exhausting trying to get it out myself I went to the dry cleaners. They weren’t sure if they could get it out (appreciated the honesty!) but tried and after 2 minutes it came back good as new! She didn’t charge me either because that was all I needed, which was nice of her. Overall I had no complaints with the service I received!

Always on time as well as a fine job!However after looking through my order I see that collar tabs that I asked about when I dropped off weren’t replaced.

How is this company still in business? Horrible service and they have outright damaged two pieces of brand new clothing on two separate occassions? Pay attention to the reviews on here and run to another company.Service: Dry cleaning

If I could give less than one star I would. I brought a cashmere sweater in last year and it came back damaged. This week I went to pick up my husbands shirts and one of them (one that was brand new and that he has worn one time) was returned with stains all over it. On top of inability to deliver on the basic service Klinke is suppose to provide, the service is horrible. The young woman at University avenue acted as if I was interrupting her.

Experience from H: When dropping off multiple dresses, I wanted to provide information about each item and make specific requests. However, the individual disregarded me and proceeded to grab my clothes and put them in a bag. Upon receiving my items back, I noticed that there were more stains on them than when I originally dropped them off. How? I have no clue! I called and they explained that not all stains can be removed (yes, I agree). But how are there additional stains? They offered for me to bring the items back, but I declined since the original service caused additional damage. I have to ask, did you even clean my clothes?

Upon moving to Madison the need to find a reputable dry cleaning company was paramount. I stumbled upon Klinke by chance one Sunday when an SUV impeded my direction of travel to turn into a drive up dry cleaner service window ?I’ve been using dry cleaners for over 20 years and this is the first drive up window ever seen. I had to give “Klinke Cleaners” them a shot. To test the waters I gave them a variety of textiles, ranging from rayon to cashmere. If the company was worth anything no damage would befall the garments. 2 days later I received a text that the order was ready. I went in and in typical fashion examined each item for any damage…not only were they not damaged the work quality was impeccable. The service rep Sunshine was also a gem, mentioned that there was a Kilnke Cleaners App as well as an Express and a pick-up and drop-off services. Almost a year later and Sunshine still provides excellent service.Services: Special care fabric cleaning
