Hi,
I bought the new glossier mist spray (both) and I decided I didn't like the sandstone one. I went to Kohl's East to exchange to exchange the sandstone for the orange blossom one. (Which i love love it! ) and they told me I couldn't exchange it because I bought it on the stand alone website and you don't do that! I was talking with one of your workers (Shelly) very helpful young lady! She listened to me about my frustration about this. I didn't even know you guys don't except products from the stand alone Sephora. I thought you were all the same! Is there away to reconcile this?
I've enjoyed shopping at Sephora very much but............
Please help!!!!!!

My last trip to Sephora at Kohl's was absolutely amazing thanks to an incredibly helpful associate named Zoie. On a previous visit, another associate introduced me to Ouai products and a Clarins face serum, both of which I am absolutely loving! On my recent visit, I returned to get more Clarins, and Zoie recommended the AWESOME Living Proof Flex Hairspray. This product is a game-changer—it sets, shapes, and finishes perfectly. My fine hair usually struggles in the humidity, but this hairspray does the trick!
Zoie also recommended the Clarins Toner with Aloe Vera, which I love! She was so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind, and she gave me fun samples that I can’t wait to try. It’s the reason I keep coming back—the samples are the best! The ladies at Sephora are so good to me and always recommend the best products. Keep up the great work, ladies! You make a difference, and I appreciate you! You understand me and what I need, and you make my shopping experience fun and rewarding. Thank you!

Brielle at Sephora is AMAZING!!! She'll take time with you in a way other beauty stores will not. She can handle multiple customers at once and still make you feel like you're getting one-to-one help.
She's fantastic at recommending different products and knowledgeable about those products as well.
I don't know what she makes but she deserves a raise!!! Thanks for recommending the longwear NARS foundation, Brielle! You were right about the coverage!
