Abby is horrible. All the managers at this location are horrible.
They yell at employees in front of everyone and start fights with customers.
Yesterday I watched her scream at a customer long enough for the people in line, myself included, to put our selections back and walk out.
We went elsewhere to make our purchase.
The GM is an idiot for not realizing this and replacing these managers.
This is the only kwikTrip that I've ever been to that is ran so horribly by its management team.
The things going on in this store and the way the employees and customers are being treated by these managers is disgusting.
Violation after violation.
And the fact that corporate isn't paying attention to the complaints and taking them seriously is ridiculous.
Oh and the banana area and donut case are absolutely disgusting with gnats because they don't clean it.
So grosse.

This Kwik trips hot food selection is better than any of the madison locations. Thumbs up for that.

I’m going to start off by saying customer service is a MUST and needs serious improvement by the cashier’s at this location. Also employees it is in bad taste to gather in the isle to talk badly about supervisors or other staff members. I still rated this store a 4 because that kitchen staff are amazing. Whatever you all are paying them it should be more. I don’t care what day or time I come to this location the hot food and pastries are well stocked and fresh. Always!!! I pass 4 Kwik Trips to get to this one. I do not live on this side of town but am willing to travel because I know I will always get what I’m looking for. You cater to your customers and I for one appreciate you! There should be a tip jar for the kitchen staff!

My husband went in there this morning to get gas and they were extremely rude to him, He also has a disability and they told him he hope he doesn’t fall while getting gas and started laughing.. extremely rude!

When I was checking out the manager/supervisor began telling a worker, who was not on shift and was only stopping in to make a purchase, that they were to be written up for missing a meeting. At the register, while they were paying. The manager/supervisor then began escalating things into an argument, raising their voice, and clearly was having a power trip after a certain point. I even heard “I don’t like your tone” being said after she was the one to introduce a tone to the conversation. Totally inappropriate in multiple ways. I’ll be getting gas and snacks elsewhere from now on.

I wanted to make sure this made it to the store. As I walked into the store and saw this little old lady with no shoes on and had a walker. I saw you employee Albertina walk up and offer her arm to her. She then walked her out to her car going at the little old ladys speed. Even with a little lane inside your employee Toya handle the line knowing her coworker was outside taking care of this lady. I watched from my car Albertina help her pump gas and get in her car. She didn't skip a beat. Everything I'm in this store she is smiling and making us the customers smile. Store 963 has changed alot and I appreciate the hard work I saw this two lady's do the other day.

Lot of workers had stain on their clothes. I saw a worker do the trash and then stock the food afterwards. The burger also taste different than last time. I have lost my appetite and will never come here for food again. The food in the fridge always rots or have stains. Unhygienic and unsafe food still on stock.

I love Kwik trip but the employee's always try to make us pay extra we have a lot of coupons and once they charged us for a cup of ice when we didn't get one I only know one good employee I don't recommend going to this one the employees are mean.

This is the WORST Kwik trip I have been to. They are racist and the employees are rude and disrespectful. Mostly this guy (see attached). They also close early and lock the doors before 10pm.

I brought my cup for a coffe refill added 1 shot of espresso to it and got charged to 2.49 for 1 shot of espresso and my cashier was very rude about it I ended up paying $3.88 instead of $1.19 for a coffee refill. I ended up paying it because she was set on arguing and being right and I was not about to argue and be involved in some drama , a African American lady in the late 50s
