Not my first bad experience at this location but cmon what has Kwik trip come to? Cashier had 2XL gloves on and a mask. (Whatever on the mask he must be sick?) the gloves seem a little unnecessary, maybe just use hand sanitizer like everyone else. Besides the point this specific cashier gave a solid 10 second effort before giving up on scanning the WI Lottery code from my phone. Straight up told me it’s not going to work. Really? Cause it did yesterday morning. There was one person in line behind me, so no reason to rush. I ended putting cash into the lottery machine and getting the app to scan there. Wow imagine that…pissed is an understatement coming from a former employee. How low has the bar gotten Kwik Trip? Don’t even get me started on the cleanliness, items stocked or employees being willing to go look. Kwik Trip should be ashamed of this.

I have stopped here for coffee two to three times almost every day for the past two years. But with a 10% increase in price, I will be taking a few extra minutes in the morning to make my own. The staff consistently has trouble meeting the (not unreasonable) morning demand for hot food. This is evident by the number of hamburger options that sit in the mornings, while the breakfast sandwiches are empty during the busier times. Losing just me as a customer will be depriving this company of the profits of 40 cups of coffee. I know it means more to me than to KT, but then I'm not sure the customer ever really matters to capitalists.

Kwik trip has become a joke. Gas on in monona, wi is constantly $.10 higher than any other gas station. I can go to two different gas stations within two miles and save $.20 without having any rewards program. Kwik trip sucks! Food is now over priced for what it is and most times the bathroom are not even clean. What a sad state of affairs.

I usually like Kwik Trip, but this location is slightly less convenient than other locations. I purchased a car wash at 9:55 PM. When I went to the car wash, it was closed. It turned out that they closed at 10:00 PM. Employees should not sell a car wash that close to the car wash closing without warning customers that the car wash is closing.
They refunded my money (the rating would have been lower otherwise), but they unfortunately were unable to restore the coupon that I had used from the app. When I went to a different location for a car wash, I had to pay full price. It left a bad taste.

Men's bathroom has no paper towel or way to open the door without grabbing the door handle. A person didn't wash their hands after using the bathroom stall and opened the door. There was no way for me to avoid having to touch this door handle.

Sure is frustrating when you don't know whether you're going to go there and get what you want or not. I drove out of my way because this store usually keeps some soda 12 packs cold. Now, nothing nothing's in the cooler, except 50 million single cans. Sure would be nice when you're spending that much on a 12 pack to get one that's cold. Definitely not spending money buying single cans of cold soda.

Always a great experience walking into the store an employee Emily has helped me countless times with the coffee machines because I could never seem to figure them out! She has also recommended and pointed out many flavoring options such as the sugar free syrup machine that I didn't know about.
