Everyone that works there is so friendly and helpful! The store is very pretty, organized, and clean. and If they don’t have something in stock, a friendly associate will help you order it from their store and you get free shipping to your home. I highly recommend shopping at Lands’ End in Middleton!

It used to be the extra money, but customer service is now poor. Stores don't honor online pricing ect. Waited for an hour on hold. Maybe they should reach out to me now.
Stores like Bombas are worth the extra money, great customer service.

This review is for an online purchase and customer service experience.
I've had a small zip top tote with a cute embroidered gray tabby that looks like my cat Finnegan for over a year and I loved it!
But one night, I left the tote on the floor and while I slept, said cat Finnegan decided to use the tote to practice his Kung Foo Kitty Fighting. He left long claw marks in the heavy canvas of the tote and tore out the decorative stitching on the sides.
So last July, I ordered the same tote again with the gray embroidered cat, but the tote was on backorder. When I received the tote this October, the embroidered cat was on the back instead of the front over the pocket.
I was concerned because embroidered items are nonreturnable, but when I called customer service, a really great representative named Debra gave me instructions to send back the defective tote through an easy process called Happy Returns.
I received my new correctly embroidered tote within 3 days! Yay! Thanks Debra and thanks Lands End for such a super easy and really quick return and replacement process! And Finnegan thanks you too!

I love the new location on the heart of Greenway Station. This is a much better location and I like the feel inside too. At the back of the store you can still do online returns. This makes online Lands End purchases hassle free with such a convenient and fast return.

This review is of some items I purchased online. The "write a review" option on my order page isn't clickable. I ordered the Squall jacket, Thermaskins long underwear, and the insulated jacket for layering under the Squall. The brim of the hood on the Squall is so tight that it's difficult to pull on over your head, even when the hood adjustments are loosened all the way. When it's lying flat on your shoulders the brim pushes uncomfortably against the back of your head, especially when you're driving. The storm cuffs are too tight and make layering difficult.The Thermaskins size L fit well (5'6, 140 lb) except the waistband is ridiculously wide, stiff, and floppy. The collar points on the insulated jacket rub against your chin when zipped all the way. An earlier version of this jacket featured a collar that zipped snugly under your chin, and also had a zippered chest pocket. All these items show cost-cutting at the expense of attention to detail compared to the same items from years past. You can and should do better, Land's End.

Order abruptly cancelled ten days after it was made leaving me without a coat for my trip. I found the coat still listed online for sale, which is mind boggling. No action whatsoever to compensate or make up for it.

I like lands end clothes and totes and such. Pretty high quality. But wow do I hate shopping in this store. You are lucky if there are ever more than 2 people on the registers and often 1 of the 2 will just walk away, even if the line is 6 deep. There is always at least 4 people on the floor but only 1-2 at the register, no matter how long the line is. I spend more time in line than looking at the merchandise.

I love their merchandise. It is on the higher price point but the jackets especially will be able to be used from oldest to youngest child.
