Place is great, good location, but renting is getting expensive over the years

I lived here last year and loved it. Nice staff and great apartments. Well constructed. Common areas kept clean which is nice, shows they maintain the building well. Also I didn’t get charge any fees moving out. Overall good location and would choose again if I could.
