I have had an account with Lincare for over 10 years. They have set up oxygen when I go on a trip to other states to visit my children. I do not worry. I call and order and they bring it the next day that I am on the route. I am very happy with them and never had any problems with their service.

I got home from the hospital and Nathan was here from Lincare shortly after I returned. He had everything I needed and was very knowledgeable about the equipment and all the questions that we had. He even called a couple days later to ask if everything was going well and to make sure that we knew how to get ahold of them if we needed anything at all. All in all, a GREAT experience!

Customer service is a nightmare. The Sun Prairie, WI office sent me supplies I didn't order, then billed the wrong insurance. I called to make sure the correct insurance was billed, was informed it would take 1-2 billing cycles to update, and I would need to pay the bill in the meantime... for supplies that were involuntarily sent to me. A scam of a company. Predatorial in every sense of the word.

It took a while to find the right equipment but Lincare was able to work with my doctors to get me the right machine. I also tried several masks, but now I have the perfect one. I’m completely satisfied with my Lincare experience and would recommend them to others!

Disjointed runaround lackadaisical company. I spend hours on the phone getting passed around trying to figure out my bill, return shipping labels, and stopping the continuous delivery of material I don't need!

Absolutely the worst company to have to get any needed medical equipment from. First off the receptionist is unlikely to be of any help and gives you the feeling she doesn’t want to help. Here’s the most important part: if you have a condition that requires a particular device and you’ve had it for years and it’s covered by insurance AND your pulmonologist has sent them an order to get you that device you will not get it from these idiots. They will require you to go to yet another appointment with your doctor and give them those current notes before they will order the needed device. Expect to do without or have to wait three months for the thing you’ve been using and need replaced. If you have a choice, do not choose this company!
EDIT: You will now see an automated reply to my negative review. No compassionate caring human being has replied. It’s the same crappy customer care they offer, even in responding to your review.

My name is jeanene an my concentrator oxygen tank wasn't working so I called lincare and they came with me a new one the next morning and my portable oxygen was in a car accident and lincare came the next day and brought me a new one so if you are looking for great medical support and service lincare is the best company.

I received a CPAP Machine from here. From the very 1st night I had it the Machine would not work as it had an air leak. I took it back 3 different times and it never was fixed properly. The 4th time I returned it and asked them if they could just give me a new one as I'm paying for this one and it has not worked right since day one. They said NO. I went back 2 days later to see if my Machine was finished. THEY DAID THEY WOULD NOT RETURN IT TO ME as I was NOT in COMPLIANCE with the time my insurance said was necessary to have my insurance pay for part of it. ISaid how can I be held responsible for that when you have NOT been able to fix my Machine or replace it since it was Deflect from the day you gave it to me. They just said TOO BAD. NEVER GO HERE. FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO GET YOUR CPAP.
