My boyfriend applied here and then got accepted ALSO PAID FIRST MONTHS RENT & DEPOSIT just for them to say he didn’t actually get approved & couldn’t refund his money or do anything about it. Freakin joke.

Great apartments in a lovely quiet neighborhood, moments from a park atop a hill. Wonderful for walking; on the D bus line; close to numerous grocery stores.Management & staff are the nicest — it’s a good place to call home. :-)I’ve lived here for years and I give Lincoln Ridge Apartments five stars.

The loudest apartment with the thinnest walls I've ever lived in. Literally broke my lease and moved out after a month because it was like living with a circus above me.
