Clinic manager Allie, was extremely verbally aggressive and abusive- using shouting, swearing and name calling to be manipulative and intimidating. The experience was emotionally harming and distressing for my animal and my family.

I think they did alright with my healthy dogs annual checkup. I feel like they are pretty pricy in comparison to my previous vet. I asked whether we would see the same people in the office when we come back. I don't like vet offices with high turnover. I was not assured that they keep staff. The vet that cared for my dog was not a name I saw on any of the info I had before going there. I was a bit put off by the way they expected me to sit in the lobby while they took dog to another room. I had to specifically request to accompany my pup, on both appintments. There were also communication problems. Getting an appointment is like pulling teeth (we had 2 appointments). And they do not call back with test results either.

I am re-posting my review once again Please read all the information and see photos i posted. I took my Dog in for a shot back in March 2022. Right hip hair was matted. Without consulting with me first that was pointed out in a email later, she went ahead and shaved the hair down tight to the skin size of a quarter. I was upset about this and requested some compensation for there treatment. They showed no concern or compassion. They failed to openly admit they were liable and could careless. Here Bad Attitude only showed she was so unprofessional and she asked me to leave. I did file a complaint with the state. The hair shaved area has not fully recovered now after 10 months. I been told now, because of the shot injection , the Hair Follicles were Damaged. I am now considering a law suite against them. I do not recommend them to other clients. I'm also considering having the local television station do a report on it. SEE MY PHOTOS ON THE BOTTOM. AFTER TEN MONTHS THE HAIR HAS NOT GROWN BACK. THIS IS WHAT THEY DID TO MY DOG. I now have a New Veterinary and very satisfied with there service. (My comment on Companions comments) below. The State board obviously overlooked my complaint since they will always favor a business that pays state taxes. I have been going there for over a year and all was fine, a good fit. But now, they did a major screw up and they know it. When I called them out on it they manipulated there way out and now referred to me as a bad fit. "So Ridicules". Let the judge decide when we go to court.

Dr. Pagel and Dr. Tucker have been taking care of our three cats for the past 6 years and have been doing an amazing job. The staff sometimes even responds to urgent emails after hours! They are very attentive and caring. I can't say enough good things about this veterinary establishment!

Have a dog who has been experiencing vomiting over the past couple days. I was getting worried about a blockage. I called around to vets offices and no one could see me but I called Companion and they were very kind and got me in within an hour. When we got there we were in a room quickly and all the staff were kind and compassionate about my dog being scared and barking a little at them. They knew he was feeling ill and scared. Luckily he did not have a blockage and we got him some medication. They helped me out to my car as I had two kids, the dog, and my painful back in tow. All in all a great clinic and I think we found our new vet clinic.

I had a great vet experience with my 2 rescue kittens. They did a very good job. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and clean. I will be telling others about this vet office ! Keep up the great work !

My cat Monkey is seen by Dr. Tucker. Companion has been great to her. Beyond the care Monkey gets at visits, I have called several times to ask questions about prescriptions or changes in Monkey's health. Each time, Dr. Tucker calls back and patiently answers all my questions. I've been going to Companion for several years now and plan to continue with Companion.When Monkey needs to go in for a procedure, I can drop off in the morning and pick up in the afternoon. Check-in and check-out is extremely convenient (via cc). Companion has been great with online prescriptions as well - they've gotten the rx to Chewy in a timely manner.A somewhat minor complaint - the PetDesk app they use is really confusing. I get appointment reminders with some medical abbreviations that I don't understand. I can usually just call and ask though, so it doesn't matter too much.

Dr. Tucker has a warm and welcoming personality. She quickly earned our trust. Our cat (Cisco) dental procedure went better than expected and we're pleased with Dr. Tucker's calm demeanor. 5-star professional staff.

Check in is quick and easy and they move you to an exam room so your pet doesn't have to stay in the stressful lobby. The exam is also quick as they do the basic checks and administrator any vaccines.

Dr Tucker and staff are so great with my Labradors. She is refreshingly compassionate and extremely knowledable. I would recommend her ten times over.

Dr. Tucker treated my whole menagerie of pets. She helped me step by step through the hard process of cancer with my cat. She is extremely compassionate and goes above and beyond to keep animals healthy and owners happy. I recommend her to all of my family and friends.
