Lucky Apartments is a great place to live, recommended for its convenience, friendly staff, and good quality. The building itself is very cool, with great build quality interior and exterior, and is always super clean. The location is perfect for navigating the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Residents appreciate the warm hospitality and very helpful staff, who are always so welcoming, friendly, and kind. The maintenance staff responds to requests in a timely fashion. The concierge and desk staff are helpful with packages, storing them in the mail room. Amenities like the indoor parking lot and the adjacent Fresh Market are appreciated. The lobby is often decorated. The staff makes residents feel welcomed, pleasant, and without problems, often brightening their day.
