Recently I took my 2001 Winnebago Rialta for repairs. First, I live in Waukesha, WI and M & J came highly recommended from a Rialta member on Facebook. Even though it was quite a distance, I made an appointment and that call was very friendly. Upon arriving my wife and I received a warm welcome and we're treated like we've been friends for a long time.
I expected repairs to last for a couple of days or weeks. Several hours later I got a call from the mechanic, Neal, who was an awesome and friendly person. I can't help but to say that M & J is a gem of a find. A small family owned business that truly make their customers feel like they matter. I truly highly recommend M & J and would drive the distance for their service again.

I normally operate out of Minnesota and when my tow truck breaks down in a whole other state it hard to know who to go to. Lucky the towing company recommended M & J auto repair. Not only were they able to save me $1500, their customer service was comforting and made the whole break down experience a lil easier to bear.

My 26 foot box truck had picked up a load out by the shop when it broke down. We were about 2 and half hours away from home. Sometimes it hard to find someone you trust to get your truck back running. I’ve never met a company that will bend over backwards to make sure the truck was back on the road. Thomas and Jon and the team make sure they help the consumer and try everything they can to make sure everything is safe. It was like they were a God sent.

These guys are so amazing!! Literally the best customer service I have ever seen in a repair shop!! Literally found the only place I will send our vehicles for repair from now on!

It was great working with these people. I had a Skooly conversion that had the brake lines fail, and they towed it to their shop and repaired it very efficiently, and they were also very friendly to work with. I would definitely recommend these folks to anybody.
I was having a hard time finding somebody to work on the Skooly because it was too big for your regular mechanics but too small for some of the bigger outfits.

We have been very happy with Jon and the rest of the team at M&J.
We've found that M&J is the only shop in town with the skills and expertise to service and repair a highly specialized machine that is central to our business.

We found this place after taking our RV to one commercial truck shop I was absolutely not impressed with and another shop that did not want to do the work. I am very glad that I found them.
The shop floor itself is well organized and clean. The crew working there were all knowledgeable, polite, and easy to work with. My mechanic, Tim, showed and explained to me exactly what the issue was. The repair was made correctly in a reasonable amount of time and for a reasonable price.
The whole experience was great.
The only down side I could see is that their space is limited. This is a 30' RV and the parking there can get tight, so you could end up having to park out on the street (I did not, but I could see how you could), so make sure you are making arrangements prior to showing up.

Avoid this place. I suspect they charged for work not done and for parts not installed. Had fpdm and pcm supposedly replaced but another auto repair said no way those are new. Fpdm was cracked. Pcm was different than what was stated on invoice . Ollie was a jerk too. Kept adding hours to my bill and couldn't explain what he did for the hours billed. They charged me over $2,500 in labor. At $125 per hour thats 20 hrs. B.S. One entry was "extra diagnosis time $525.They cheat senior citizens. Bad place. Go elsewhere. Please.

I called to get my radiator replaced and I bought the parts and fluid myself, all I needed was the labor and all they said was “no we don’t do that here”. I’m very disappointed with their inability to work with the client.
