Beware, this guy is a scammer!! The repair broke after just three hours. He refused a refund and laughed about how our tire is now "garbage" after his repair. The owner Marvin Underwood had other lawsuits running against him too.

It was 12:15am and my truck was in the airport ramp and wouldn’t start.M&M came out within 30 min and tried several methods to start the Silverado- but we later found out it was a bigger issue. They did a great job and gave it a good try!

Be careful with this dude. He tried to run up $40,000 in charges on our credit card. I wish I could do a zero star.Service: Car towing

M&M helped me with a dead battery. I had a portable jump starter, but I guess the battery was too dead for it to work. Everything went reasonably well. We arranged a time the following day (a weekend), and it sounded like he would've come the same day if it was necessary. He got here at the time we arranged and he was able to start the car in minutes. He was obviously conscious of the pandemic and everything was more or less contactless. I really had no idea what to expect for the price. It ended up being just short of $100. I felt like that was a little high (but not ridiculous) given that he was here for around 15 minutes or less and, based on the address on the receipt, he came from about 5 minutes away. So more transparency about pricing might help, but other than that, I have no complaints. I'd have no problem calling him again if I needed to and no one else could do it cheaper, although if this started happening more often I'd probably just get a better jump starter - it looks like the industrial-grade ones cost about $175.
