It was past due ,,,,faucets were dripping and the big beautiful water bill kept getting,,, well bigger, not better!!!. So what. Would one do besides grab a couple beautiful and expensive new ones. And trust the spot to go for fixtures of every kind IS your LOCAL MENARDS. THANKS AGAIN MENARDS for carrying beautiful home improvements to do just that. I feel improved, and upgraded and my faucets are AWESOME SAUCE AMAZING

Walked in at the closing bell to get a board from the back. Got the slip inside went to the register and asked if there was time to pull around and pick up the board or if they closed the gate at 8 sharp(Sunday). It is now 8:01 he said I would be fine that it would be open. 8:03 I pull up to the back doors are shut and the guy tells me to turn around. I needed to come back tomorrow.
If I buy something and you take my money you should let me get it. Especially if I ask about timing.

I ordered flooring with an estimated arrival date a week and a half out. Someone from Menards reached out to notify me the flooring was on backorder, and would take over a month to arrive. They offered to change or cancel the order. I found a different vender that could deliver the same flooring on time, so I agreed to cancel. Menards charged me a 25% restocking fee for the transaction. The fee was never mentioned in the email communications, and the only reason I cancelled it was because the delivery date was significantly longer than when I ordered it, and someone from Menards was the one who suggested I cancel it. The product was on backorder at the time of cancellation so no actual “restocking” was needed. I tried to work with Menards to get a refund on the restocking fee but they refused to budge. Very dissapointed in the experience.

You know I never expected to be able to find so much stuff in here. I always thought this was more of like a hardware and building supply store.
But honestly, this place has everything. I did my grocery shopping here for both me and my pets. They have not only building supplies but food and bathroom goods as well. They also have a little area for pharmacy goods.
I was pleasantly pleased by how much stuff that I could find here for a decent price. The store is huge, though, so I would recommend asking for help. It can be a little tricky to find what you're looking for.
