My wife’s car broke down while heading to the hospital for my son’s procedure. We panicked and didn’t know what to do, and called Genin’s to see what they could do. I explained my situation to the ladies in the office and they told me just bring it down and they’ll do everything they can to get me back on the road yet later the same day. They gave me a loaner car so I could be with my wife during my son’s surgery. I couldn’t be happier and more impressed with everything they did for me. Thank you again!

This review is long overdue. I have been going to Genin’s for years. I have always had exceptional service. Kerry-Jo listens, gets me in, gives me a tentative price estimate, follows up with a detailed list with prices, and explains everything to me, so I understand what work needs to be done. I also get a loaner car, so I can keep on schedule when my car needs repair. Over the years, I have called around for three estimates, and Genin’s comes through as being fair priced, and I get exceptional service. I have peace-of-mind, knowing that I have a neighborhood mechanic who is there when I need help.

UPDATE: Rick did fix an overcharge for the price of the oil, reducing our total by $42.
Be warned - the prices are outrageous. We were charged $162.46 plus tax for an oil change! And $80 to spend 5 minutes diagnosing a faulty tire sensor when they could have read our dashboard, which already provides that diagnosis.

Exceptional service! Honda. where I purchased my Element and who had serviced it for 17 years and with only 100K miles, told me to scrap my car when I took it in for a noisy rear wheel. I must have 25 inspection reports from them and BAM, worthless car. Genin's is taking time and really helping me! Their is a reason they have a good reputation!

Exceptional service and care by the Genin’s staff. Rick, Keri-Jo, and all of the other Genin’s employees we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. They were transparent about the work and the cost involved in fixing our car. Rick was able to set up a tow to get our car to the shop, and our car is up and running wonderfully a day later. Keri-Jo kept us in the loop the entire time. A huge thank you to all of the Genin’s service team! Would recommend!
