I bought an incredible pair of New Balance shoes from Isaiah today. Isaiah is phenomenal, extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find the right pair of shoes. I'm really glad I went to Morgan's.

We were visiting from Ky and decided to shop for shoes. What an impressive store! Selection is phenomenal and Kelly was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Her knowledge of all the shoes and her pleasant and sweet personality is why me and my husband walked out in new shoes that feel fabulous! Can't wait to go shoes shopping our next visit in June. All stores need a Kelly?

There is one friendly staff member. Everyone else is standoffish, making buying shoes there stressful and woeful. The selection is not good and shoes are overpriced. For example, FinnComfort are ~$150 in Germany, at Morgan's they are priced at over $400. I bought two pairs of shoes thinking my foot pain was caused by my old shoes, but it turned out it is related to a much bigger issue. The pain is unbearable no matter the shoes. I went to return one of the pairs I bought (unworn and with labels of course), which unfortunately happened to be on sale. It turns out, there is a policy of return only as store credit, which I didn't know about and no one informed me. The manager told the cashier reluctantly to proceed with the refund but to tell me that they would make a note on my account (as a warning or something). I am just speechless! You can write this on my account, I will not be a returning customer!

Once again, Morgan's Shoes shone with their EXTREMELY high level of knowledge and service. Honestly, they never fail to impress.I took my mother in whose in her 80s and has had Parkinson's for about 25 years. Jeff, the CEO spent well over an hour working and talking through every aspect of her shoe and house shoe choices. Jeff custom modified insoles and a lift to help fix serious, painful problems she is having. It truly shows that delivering such personal service, founded on deep experience, knowledge and passion takes him to his happy place. I was truly blown away by the caring attention he shared with my mother for such an extended period of time on a very busy day.Thank you Jeff!

We had never been here before though we had seen the ads everyday in the newspaper. We were running errands at Hilldale and stopped in since I was having a hard time finding a comfortable casual shoe. It was a weekday but there was a steady stream of customers. After browsing some of the displays and choking on some of the prices. $450 for some ugly casual German shoes!!! I was skeptical. I decided to dive in and get some help. It turns out it was one of the co-owners who helped us. It was if I was being consulted by a podiatrist. I later learned that a few of the employees are certified pedorthists. I have never encountered such a process at a shoe store. I learned a lot about my feet. I did find a pair of shoes that fit my feet and my needs and my price point. I am not sure every employee would give this level of service or have this expertise but I will return. Oh yeah - the prices keep this from being a 5 star review.

Absolutely amazing store and staff. I bought a pair of shoes and had some issues after wearing them a bit. They were extremely helpful with fixing the issue. Would absolutely recommend.

Excellent array of shoes and very good service. Someone still helps you pick out and try on shoes. Very knowledgeable about the brands and features of the shoes that they sell. Highly recommend.

Today Jake was so nice, patient, and knowledgeable! I was so picky and indecisive and he didn't bat an eye. He helped me figure out my true shoe size too!

Was on the hunt for a specific type of Birkenstocks for my partner. Everywhere online was sold out but Morgan's Shoes had the last pair in her size. For a small, local shoe store, they had the selection, pricing and shipping speed of one of the big box retailers, getting her Birkenstocks from WI to CA in 2 days. Would definitely shop again, thank you Morgan's Shoes!

Not a good selection for the prices. Unless there is a specific brand you are trying to get you KNOW they sell. Even then I would shop online other places before shopping here. Due to the customer service! It’s extremely uncomfortable in there with staring associates, judging from behind the counter and not assisting. I went in with my elderly grandmother who walks with a walker… We walked the store and didn’t get any service for a size or anything. Again, money would be better spent else where for service, quality, and selection!

Wife said I needed GOOD shoes. So she got me a gift card. She said just try the birkenstocks... I've been anti birkenstock since they became popular. But WOW. they are nice.Russ was our salesman.EXCELENT SERVICE. EXTREMLY KNOWLEDGEABLE. Knew exactly what I wanted- Support, comfort, and style without looking like a hippie. I bought a pair of slip ons, and a pair of hooka for work. My wife even picked up another pair of Berkies.I'll be back!
