“They are the get things done , people!
We went and talked to a lot of credit unions, mortgage brokers looking for the place that could get us a yes, with terms that worked for us, on the house we wanted. That was who these people are. They have integrity. You can trust what they are saying. Their communication is clear and frequent. They work to get it done, not throw up obstacles. They are as invested in closing the deal as you are. I would check their rate and fees throughout the process against competitors and while others fees may look good upfront they were always other fees nestled in somewhere else. These folks were on the same page with their fees or they were less across the board. Brian Vaughn, PJ McHenry and Alyssa Deutsch were all professional and personable. They worked for my family to achieve our goal. I know even after the deal has closed, even after they sell it for servicing, I know I can reach out with any questions. These folks are doing business as Vermonters and their is an integrity and honesty in their work. I would very much encourage anyone house dreaming to call them and let them help you stop dreaming and start owning your new home. They can make it happen. We could not be happier.
