I rented out A storage unit at GP storage. They were nice very friendly sent reminders every month before it was due.. My stuff stay secure with no problems. Would use them again in the future if I needed to. Thank you, Barbie.

Rented a unit for a year 2024 - 2025. Communication was prompt and any issues were quickly handled. They recently installed a fence with individualized gate codes which is a plus.

Very unprofessional if you are looking for self-storage please don’t waste your time. The lady my husband spoke was rude she lied to Max who I’m assuming is the owner that my husband used profanity towards her when he in fact never did. She continued to make rude statements to the point my husband asked to speak to someone higher than her, that is when she proceeded to hang up on my husband multiple times. If you can’t handle an upset customer then maybe it’s best to let somebody else handle it. I will be taking all my belongings out and will no longer do business with this company. How they treat you is a joke. If you refuse to take negative feed back from upset customers how do you expect to run a business.

Who ever is answering the phones in Tennessee is horrible and is going to sink this business cause she has no costumer service skills at all and she claims to be the manager. I wanted to keep this unit but after dealing with her ill take my business else where and keep in mind that I always pay months in advance

I have had a unit for 10 yrs with out any complaints. Then they changed owners and I have had nothing but problems, I had to get a second unit that was hard getting a hold of someone and then that persons did not know how to rent a unit. Poor management for sure. Now that I have two units they overlock my units prematurely and can’t seem to unlock them when they are suppose to. I can’t wait to empty one if not both units. This place is a joke anymore. Not recommended to anyone

I had rented a unit here for the past year (2022-2023). Initially, the manager was very responsive, friendly, and easy to pay. Rates are competitive and fair. Then this place got bought out by General Purpose Movers. Initially this was okay as they made the web portal easier to use, but my experience with ending my rental made me drop the rating significantly.First off, I had submitted a "intention to vacate" via the web portal a month in advance. No response or attempt to coordinate a handoff. Then a couple days before I was vacating the unit, I sent them another "intention to vacate," again no response.I ended up calling their number and the person was friendly. We worked out a handoff that same day at 4:00 PM. I went to empty the unit and waited around to hand off the key. 4 PM rolls around and there's no one there. I tried to call and text the local phone number as well as the main General Purpose Movers office, no response. 4:30 rolls around and still no response from anyone. Ended up leaving the key in their truck. I know things come up, but at least call me or something. Its not like you didn't have my phone number.While I was waiting I talked to another tenant who had informed me that their unit had gotten broken into, twice. This kind of thing happens but didn't happen nearly as often when the previous owners were stopping by the property more often.Though my experience was mostly positive for the duration of my rental, I can't recommend this place or give it any other rating but 2 stars.

Great place with a nice manager. I like the units. They are clean, well maintained, and tall. I measured one to be 19.5 x 9.5 x 9.5. Their hats are cool too. Highly recommended!!
