The store has quite a selection. But their return policy of one week is unreasonable. If you are buying shoes for a vacation or if you don't live nearby, you're pretty much stuck with what you buy. I asked for an extension based on the fact that I was getting ready to go on vacation and the man tried to take the shoes back from me on the spot. He eventually allowed me 2 1/2 weeks for a return, but I had to practically beg for that. This is not a chain store with corporate rules. Ridiculous. Customer service is not their thing.

Horrible customer service and experienced a racist encounter! Would much rather order online than deal with employees who think they are entitled to everything! So disappointed in the quality of customer service at this location.

This is sort of a frustrating store to go to. It's not very big, so they keep everything in the back, and since you need someone to get it from the back, nobody mans the register. The result is even if you know exactly what number and size you want to get, you have to wait 30 minutes+ for another customer to try on 20 different shoes, because all the sizes are in the back and they constantly have to run around getting stock for customers.What's a little insulting is while you're waiting you have time to look up the prices on the New Balance website just to learn that they're upcharging you to buy in person. And it's not like NB's are cheap shoes to begin with. A 990 costs $185 online; so now you end up standing there for 30+ minutes to pay $5 extra dollars to get the shoe 3 days earlier than if you had ordered online.Obviously this is just a different way to run a store; not everything needs to be run like walmart, but it does mean you'll save money and time by ordering it (which is ultimately what I did after trying to buy from here twice)

Every time I go to new balance the employees are helpful and recommended the best items. I am never disappointed when I come shopping at this store and they have quality items.

What a selection!!! Holy cow! I stopped in the store just before the Christmas holiday. The store was packed with all types, ages of people looking for all sorts of shoes - sandals, boots, hiking, etc. Contrary to fake, censored, corporate-bought media: These specialty stores are in high demand! I had my eye on several Naot shoe and sandal styles but could not wait for assistance anymore and we were in dire need of lunch. This confirmed yet another consumer trend: people want quality, practical shoes. Again, I am completely shocked by the in-store sensational selection. Kudos to the store staff - they have a goldmine!

I really got the best service I can imagine from Kristin. She spent time listening to the issues I have w my feet and came up with several options.... in my price range. I'll be back for a couple of the other styles she suggested . What a nice place to shop, very customer oriented!

Store manager, Kelly, offered excellent customer service!! She listened to all my foot problems and brought me 3 pairs to try on. I wore the pair I purchased all day today while babysitting my very active grandkids. Normally my feet and legs hurt at the end of the day, but not today! I’m just tired! LOL! Thank you Kelly!!

- Recently stopped into Morgan's Shoes to purchase a pair of On Cloud Training shoes. I was greeted by Kelly who proceeded to show me the On Cloud models available to me and their characteristics. We decided to try on several models/styles that would fit my needs. I picked the model/style that gave me the most comfort. Kelly did a great job and was as thorough and professional as could be. I cannot recommend Morgan's Shoes highly enough. - Robert D.

I went into the store to buy some new running shoes. However the employees there were not helpful at all. I didn’t end up buying anything because I felt like I was bothering them.

Not one friendly staff member and not one leather sole shoe ... just the truth. DSW has better quality for half the price.. as a customer I would expect a small buissness to have better quality and customer service.

I’m not a big buyer online but when it comes to finding shoe’s that I like I would rather do it online than in this store. Literally every time I have been there The employees seem completely uninterested. I was there about a week ago And instead of helping, literally the only person in the store, they decided to continue to watch Star Wars and not say a word to me. I wouldn’t care but a 20 something-year-old blonde woman walked in right after me and she got helped instantly. It honestly rubs me the wrong way when I tell my fiancé I want to go to the new balance store she says “are you sure?” I guess this is why people don’t wanna shop in stores anymore...
