Nordstrom rack is not the place it used to be. When it first came out it was amazing. Great clothing. Now the clothing seems subpar and it almost seems like you're going to something less than what even Marshalls would display. It only got two stars because it's still in Nordstrom..

This past winter I was in the store with my toddler. My toddler ran off while we were walking through the clothing section. Being a small child, I lost sight of her. While frantically searching for my toddler and screaming her name- clothing and appearance. I told an employee my child was lost and if she could announce it through the speaker, the employee looked at me and said she could but continued fixing clothes. Luckily another customer and her teenage daughter helped me find my child. But unfortunately none of the staff announced her name, clothing nor closed the main doors. Even though the other customer and myself asked if they could lock the doors or announce a child is missing multiple times. Very upset at the way the store handled the situation.

i love this store, my favorite store ever AND IF YALL AINT GOING TO NORDSTROM, YOU MISSING OUT. had best costumer service, everything is very well organized and it’s very clean. this store is very very very clean looking and the workers are the best, the manager really knows how to do they job because WOW ITS SO CLEAN, it has the best deals! nordstrom has everything i need and i love shopping there every single day i am obsessed with nordstrom. IF YOUR REALLY AMAZING THEN YOU WOULD GO SHOP AT NORDSTROM! I LOVE EVERYTHING THERE ITS THE BEST STORE YOU COULD GO SHOP AT!!!!

Emily, the store manager, really cares about her customers. I came in and approached her about a concern about an item and she quickly accommodated to my needs and got my shirt ordered right away. Also very clean store!
