Items are offered online at a lower price on the Office Depot site than what you see on the shelf. You are better off ordering online first and then going in to pick up the items.

How is it possible that if the photocopiers are out of service to print, the person in charge cannot print the document on one of the many printers they have there with the excuse that those printers only print documents from the website. Terrible service!!

Worst customer service I've ever received from a office store we spend thousands of dollars and all of them except for 2 workers are rude and act like it's a burden to do their jobs

This is probably the most unhelpful staffed store ever. Anytime you need help they tell you the self-service machine is over there. I don't recommend shopping here. It seems to me like they have a lazy staff that just doesn't want to do their job.

Stacy was great, quick and efficient. Recommended that I become a member I had my doubts but it definitely saved me some money i recommend everyone to get the business select member ship ots the best bang for your buck!

Business cards ordered on-line were ready the same day in the store, were reasonably priced, and looked great.

Office Depot was the only place I found that carried 10 gallon clear plastic bags that I wanted for recycling shredded paper. Other stores showed it as online only.

I waited until the last minute to complete a senior design poster which had to be printed as 36”x48”. All stores in the area could not complete my request in time or did not support this poster size. With the help of Paul I was able to print off two 24”x36” sections at an extremely short notice. When I asked for help, he immediately got the plotter working and was able to print off the two high quality sections. Without the help of Paul at Office Depot I would have been out of luck. Thanks again Paul!
