The staff, Paul & Thea @ the WestTowne area OfficeDepot were SO helpful and kind assisting me the other day! So refreshing to be treated as a valued customer (these days’). They helped me not just in rectifying my problem but also in locating others.

The on-line option for printing is quick and the printing quality always good. I made a mistake submitting the wrong file, but caught it quickly. Called the staff and they cancelled the order. I appreciated the trouble to correct my mistake.

I had a great experience here with an employee named Aaron. He was so enthusiastic and helpful that we decided to pay a few extra bucks for the product in store over waiting for it online.

Such kind staff and great customer service. I submitted an order early in the AM online and showed up 5 hours later to request an extremely quick turnaround for a print job. Without hesitation, a kind young guy stopped what he was doing to take care of printing my documents within minutes. I own a marketing and communications consultancy for small businesses and nonprofits and will be returning to the Madison West Towne location for print jobs in the future.

Unethical practices at this location! I ordered several air filters for in-store pickup but never received an email indicating they were available for pickup. Called them two weeks later only to find they updated the order status as Picked Up, but returned the air filters back to the store shelves. Spoke to the manager over the phone, they claimed they made an honest mistake, but they wouldn't refund me and said I had to call the 800 number to dispute and get the refund myself. What a joke. OfficeMax probably gets away with these tactics with large institutions who don't verify bulk orders and supplies, but don't try to pull this stunt on individuals. Definitely not an honest mistake.

I know why big box stores can't stay open.... the service. You would think you could find someone who wants to help you when shopping at the store. Not office max. Avoid this store. Spent 40 minutes looking for an item that if purchased online and requested curbside pickup would have been 20 minutes. When asking for help, was ignored. Four separate employees couldn't find it. What a joke. Go to Walmart. Pay less and know that you will find it in one location

Wanted to get folded cards with one photo on cover. Blank inside. Customer service was limited to on line only. No help. They weren’t even sure they had the option.

Unfriendly and unhelpful. One employee refused to make eye contact with me; the other made it clear I was wasting their time by asking a question. I asked for the manager's business card and was told there weren't any. I asked how to speak with the manager and was told "just call, he comes in 5 or 6 times a week." I will not be returning.
