Best and most reliable financial partners around. Been working with Trent and Sheri for several years now. Sheri can handle any banking, HELOC and loan needs and Trent is a master of residential home purchasing. I trust them in both banking and home buying needs completely and will work with them again.

They stiffed a delivery driver " sorry we don't have any cash" from a bank. I would really think about using a bank that really screws the little guy.

I opened a secured card to improve credit and closed because after several months it was doing no good it kept hurting my credit I paid balance in full then get double charged with "autopay" when I didn't set up auto pay when confronted they didn't care. This place is a joke will not ever recommend to bank here

my first bank account in Madison, very friendly staff, even got an hand written card in the mail. my favorite was when they had the older location with bigger building. nothing to really complaint about.

I have been banking with this bank for over 15yrs , when it was Anchor Bank. After this last visit and the experience I encountered I will be in search of another bank and closing this account IMMEDIATELY! I have never felt so insulted when withdrawing “MY” money. East Towne location customer service is trash, Amanda assisted with this.

Hours are horrible!! Then they shut down certain branches on Saturdays. I have to drive an additional 20 min. to a branch on a Saturday morning by noon.

They have unemployed people hours. If you have a job or work until 5:00 you need to bank at a bank that respects that. Not this one!!!!!

I deposited 2 checks there. Since they don't have any pens at their ATM I didn't endorse the checks. It's never been a problem at any other bank. They rejected the deposit and mailed my checks back to me. It's been 5 business days and I still don't have them. This resulted in numerous overdraft fees.I haven't eaten in 4 days because I have no money in my account. I believe they did this to get the overdraft fees. I'm going to stop banking here and go to Summit.
