VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL BANKER'S AT OLD NATIONAL BANK

DISHONEST, UNORGANIZED AND FLAT OUT BAD!! We banked with First Midwest Banknprior to the merger without issue. When the merger took place, Old National Bank created a duplicate bill pay for the loan we had with First Midwest. In total during a two week time period, they took three payments for that loan and refuse to acknowledge the error and Grace Hansen at the Gurnee branch (manager before and after merger) basically called me a liar and denied the facts on paper I provided. Grace printed out a fictitious banking ledger that did not match the information I printed prior to the merger from their own website. We were able to get the last taken payment reversed but they still will not acknowledge they took two payments and only posted ine of those to the loan. Needless to say, we were forced for ethical reasons to joint a different bank. PLEASE...HELP US ALL. IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCED THIS BANK TAKING MINEY FROM YOU UNAUTHORIZED, PLEASE SEND EVIDENCE TO THE STATES ATTORNEY GENERAL. PLEASE.

Back in June I noticed TWO unauthorized charges to my debit card totaling nearly $200. The charges were made to some health related company. I immediately contacted Old National Bank, had my card cancelled and asked them to reverse the charges. They have denied me now three times to reverse these charges, saying it was a subscription. I never signed up for anything. Clearly my card information was stolen. I even went to my local police department to report and provide them with a police report number. I cannot wait to be done with these bunch of thieves. So much for FDCI protection!!!

This is my primary Old National location I go to due to proximity. I have always been pleased with my service here. Most recently I needed some items notarized and the ONB employee that helped me, Jeff B., went above and beyond while I was there by making sure my contact info was up to date, and providing me advice on some things to think about as I progress towards saving for house, retirement and other financial goals.

I have never received better service at a bank than I did with Draesen. She made refinancing a car loan as easy as it could possibly have been for me. If anyone ever says they have never received good service from their bank, I would say they must've forgot about Drae (sen). Also Brianna was quite wonderful as well.

Worst bank ever! Terrible customer service. Unreasonable ridiculous policies based on just ripping off the customer. Could not be happier this bank is going out of business.

Had my account for almost 20 years back with anchor bank, didn't last 3 years with old national. Care more about fees than their customers.

Old National Bank put my extra funds into an account other than my principles account or my interest account with out my permission with out any interest at all.or. giving me a balance or account number.

Terrible non relationship bank that screws customers maliciously. We've been customers of this bank for 28 years and they foreclosed on a property for reasons other than non-payment. Later on found out they were trying to sell it to one of their insider friends. Think before you borrow mortgage money from this bank. Oh yeah - the attorney that represented this bank Norman Farnam is very shady.

Ordered a new debit card from this location. Since I'm not living at the address on the account, they had to hold the card at the bank in order for me to pick it up. Once they called me to say it had arrived, I went to go pick it up. I ended up waiting for a good half-hour because they had lost it! Also, not being open at all on Saturdays is pretty terrible.

Friendly and nice to open an account, only got two chairs to sit while waiting for customer service. and you might think the place look abandoned!!
