I love getting my younger siblings toys and clothes from here, the prices are great and it’s a lot more affordable for me to get them toys and clothing from here rather than walmart or target! The store is very organized and cleaned, it is pretty easy to find what you’re looking for with all the signs and organization they have put into the store.
I would recommend checking them out if you haven’t yet!

This is a great store, I always end up walking out with more than what I came in for. The prices are great and well worth it when kids are growing everyday! The people on the sales floor and registers are always very helpful and kind. Many of them are very knowledgeable about the items that are sold in the store!

Way more expensive than it should be. For used children's clothing and the girl that checked me out (VM on the receipt) was extremely rude and couldn't answer any of my questions about a baby video monitor. I can go to t j max or ross and spend less money. Do not recommend!

I absolutely love this place! The people are always so nice, the prices are always very reasonable and when my kids grow out of the clothes I buy from there I can resell them! This place is a great way to make easy extra cash for GENTLY used items and to also save so much money!!!!! Thank you guys for all of your hard work running the store.

Selling here is a joke. Like some of the other reviews said, I made sure to sell clothes with no stains/ brand new condition. Was even trying to sell the carters brand. I don’t know if they use that statement that they only take cleans items when giving you back the items they refuse to buy because of overstock? If so just say that.

Our favorite children’s store in Madison. Mostly used clothes, but some new items in the store as well. Great selection of children’s clothes, shoes, toys, and other baby equipment for the home and on the go. There are lots of friendly staff. We have sold some of children’s items to them and get a fair cash value or store credit.

I buy almost all my kids clothing second hand, and this is my favorite spot! Prices are better than local goodwill and st vinnys and everything is clean and organized.

Great place to find children's clothes. They grow through their clothes so quickly, it doesn't make much sensing buying everything new. This place has provided us with some of my favorite outfits for my son, at an average of $3 per item. Great find.

I found this place around 6 years ago and have been a loyal customer since then. However this last time I went to sell. They refused my baby swing because they said it “didn’t work” I then had the employee plug it in and turn it on and it does in fact work. Then they said they would not take it due to a tiny round stain the size of a pen. It’s in good condition compared to the swings they have currently for sale which are dingy and yellow. Also they refused most of my clothing items because they say they’re “worn and stained” which they are not! I closely inspected all the clothes before taking them there. Not to mention all the stuff I put in there was bought new for my son who is only 7 months old. Not to mention most of them are brand name, since they were bought from BuyBuyBaby when they closed down. What honestly irritates me the most is that they refused the exceptionally well maintained clothes but have sold me clothes with holes, stains and purposely cut pieces of clothing (that were cut after the initial purchase I presume). Which I always brushed off because of the fact they are a second hand store. This last time I went there, my children and I shopped a bit while they reviewed the swing and I bought a Barbie nail salon for my daughter and wouldn’t you know I come home and open it up and the pedicure tub has some nasty white filth in the bottom and one of the chairs is broken. It’s remarkable how broken and messed up their merchandise is, with the unbelievable high standards they hold when the selling is taking place. Not to mention their prices have more than doubled since I first found the store on the West Side. Their prices are just as much now as Walmart and target depending on the clothing type. Seeing I only went there with the intention of getting store credit for my items (and not profit) I will be donating my baby items now to the thrift stores and won’t be a returning customer for this company any longer. Do better!!!

Rude... and I even cleaned all the items before we got there. They gave me 2.40 in front of 6 people. It was embarrassing. The girl basically told me that all the toys I had were gross and to come back after I cleaned them. Noooooo... just no. I had already cleaned them enough... and some of them were never played with because of my child's sensory with certain toys.... I'm mad and irritated.

I used to love coming here to shop and trade, but the last few times I’ve come have been awful. The price they give you for your items is ridiculously low and the staff are always rude. I won’t be returning

They don't really have sales. When I call to ask about something they don't act like they k ow what's going on. Also when you sell clothing to them they don't really take anything.

Quite a few prices were more expensive than buying new at Walmart or Target. Aisles are way too narrow
