Workers aren't trained. It took a decent amount of time for the guy to find the right part on the computer and then took him and his buddy 5 minutes to find the part in the back. I tried to get it ordered under my business account but the person at the counter didn't know how to transfer it into their system (Haven't had too many problems at other O'Reillys). The dude then asked the manager for help and after another 10 minutes of him neglecting his employee and I, I decided it wasn't worth it.

Ample inventory and variety, friendly and helpful staff, and reasonable prices. Their website is really easy to navigate and they keep their inventory list online up to date. Good job, guys!

Of all the auto parts stores this one is by far my favorite. The staff is friendly, understanding, and amazing. They never talk down to you, especially to females. They answer questions and go thr extra mile to make sure you get the exact part you need and without buying the overly priced ones.
Dylan is very friendly. He helped with my light and my wiper. He was easy going, didn't make me feel dumb, even if I couldn't put my own wiper on.
I really loved the atmosphere and how I was treated. If I could give more stars I would.
