I was anxious walking into Pawn America because I didn’t know what to expect when I was pawning my ring. Stephen noticed how anxious I was and walked me through the whole process! He even went into depth to explain how they determine if the diamonds/silver are real. It was a super neat experience to see how it’s done, but I also felt very comfortable after that.
