Pellitteri Waste Systems is a great company known for its fantastic and great customer service. The office staff are always so helpful and nice, providing prompt and courteous service. They are quick with email responses and great on the phone. The drivers are also fantastic, kind, and friendly, often taking extra moments for small gestures. One driver was seen carefully cleaning up spilled recyclables. The process for starting service is easy. The company provides reliable trash and recycling pickup for both homes and businesses, with service being on time. Their app offers easy access to check on upcoming service and is very handy, sending helpful notifications for schedule changes. They also provide educational information, revealing new items that are now recyclable. For larger needs, they offer prompt and courteous dumpster rental. They are an excellent company to work with.
The Pellitteri app is something I never knew I needed, but the easy access to check on upcoming service is so handy! Especially when a holiday or weather disrupts normal service, it's so helpful to receive notifications on schedule changes. Five stars for customer service!

Our trash truck driver, Donald, takes a few extra moments to wave and honk the horn for my three young kiddos which makes their day! I have also rented a large dumpster a few times for home improvements and they’ve always been prompt and courteous :)

We recently started using Pellitteri for our business based on a recommendation from Chris June and service has been great. Eli was very prompt with information, on time for a site visit and quick to get us started. The process was easy, and trash and recycling are being picked up on time just like he said it would.
