“I have started sending my prescriptions here after shortages have made Walgreens a nightmare and I am able to pick my meds up the same day that they are sent. 10/10 customer service and attention to customers.”

“The best urgent care ever! The wait time was long, but I feel it is because people abuse the system. Urgent care is flooded with non-urgent matters and therefore leads to longer wait times. I don't mind the wait. The doctors are attentive and actually listen to me. UW Health has never let me or my family down before. Keep up the great work!”

“The pharmacy on Watts road in Madison is always fairly quick on filling my prescriptions. If there's ever a question with insurance they call me ahead of time before I come in to pick up my prescriptions.”

“These folks are the absolute best. I cannot recommend them enough. The pharmacy staff is kind, easily available for help with all things, fast and just all around good people. The store staff is equally as wonderful. We use the usps services as well, and I feel lucky to live so close to such and useful and helpful place. Keep up the good work!”

“Place is always crazy busy but the staff is very attentive and passionate. I won’t lie, this is my first PCP in Madison so I don’t have much to compare to but they have been great.”

“UWHealth Pharmacies have been excellent for me. Their mail-order pharmacy is especially useful, it is an easy phone call to have my meds shipped and the prices are pretty much the lowest I can find anywhere for some common non-specialty generic medications.”

“The midwifery team is absolutely exceptional. I just gave birth to my first baby and the team of midwives made this entire experience truly something special. Each one of them made me feel seen and heard. They encouraged me every single step of the way, from in the clinic to in the delivery room. My fiancé and I felt so lucky for our experience with these absolutely wonderful people, including the PHENOMENAL care given by the student midwife. She was incredible. Truly, they all were. They made a lasting impression on me and my little family and I cannot express my gratitude enough. The labor and delivery nurses (Especially Haley, Sam and Gina) were also exceptional and made the experience I had what it was. I cannot rave about them enough. I have always recommended St Marys/SSM Health for care, but this 1000% solidified that I made the right choice by going to the midwives here. I will be forever grateful for this experience. Thank you endlessly Jessica, Amber, Karin, and Fatima. I will never forget this feeling.”

“This Walgreens definitely got the job done. We stopped in for some gatorades. There were actually a few OOS, which is annoying. However this is a convenient location, and it was easy enough to find what we were looking for. There is street parking nearby.”

“I'm always really happy with the Pick n Save pharmacy. They have come through for me in the past when I couldn't get my medications through my mail-order pharmacy. They didn't give me any trouble, As long as I brought them a valid prescription, they filled my medications for me. I can't say enough good things about this place. I have since moved away from the area, otherwise I would definitely use them as my pharmacist.”

“The staff is very helpful and patient. The whole pharmacy is very organized. They are able to keep your insurance on file and do mail-order prescriptions for some things. These services have been game-changers for me and have reduced the amount of time I’ve had to spend trying to fill prescription. Additionally they are open later than most other pharmacies, which is great for people who work. 10/10 would recommend, best pharmacy in Madison.”

“I have been a client of Womens International pharmacy for 25 years. The personal service, efficiency of delivery and the cost are all exceptional.
When I needed answers the question, there was always a patient knowledgeable nurse available to speak with.
I have always been grateful that my endocrinologist sent me to them.
I have just read a series of negative reviews from recent experiences with customer service. This has not been my experience, and I had a few interactions in the last six months. They were very informative. But if they just merged with a bigger company who knows what the settling in is.”

“My prescription was delayed at the retail Walgreens for several weeks. After being frustrated, I transferred it to this Walgreens. They called me shortly after to ask me if I had a co-pay card, and when I said I did not, they told me how to get it. This made my prescription cost very reasonable, and I had my medication refilled in about an hour. This staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.”

“I've gone here (24hr Walgreens @ hwy 51&151-E.Wash) on and off 4many years. As with most Walgreens I've had mixed experiences. I've had BIG problems w/ Northport dr. Walgreens Pharmacy & Pharmacists- no meds in stock, mis-infirmation- from pharmacists & a crappy attitude numerous # from _ _ _ _ an older white haired male pharmacist. This particular evening ,It was getting urgent, I'd waited ALL day for insulin @ N port.- Who didn't even tell me my doctors never called - & I TOLD them- I was OUT that a m.- Here they'd only given me 3pens- @previous visit- not 5!!- (They took 2out w/o telling me.) SO -Even though I was on hold for 48+min.(why only 4stars - not 5.) - when they did finally answer , they-(E.Wash crew) IMMEDIATELY took care of it ~ grateful 4the fast response- They told me I could p/u my insulin pens in 1 1/2hrs.~ Pretty good considering it was almost 9:00p.m. ( I was afraid I'd have 2go 2an Urgent Care- OR emergency room..) Thank you 24hr Walgreens. *LATER NOTE - This Walgreens isn't 24hrs anymore .”

“I got to the pharmacy window like 15 minutes before they closed, and was pleasantly surprised to be helped almost immediately, as was the person ahead of me. Cathlyn was very efficient while also being friendly and kind. It’s always nice to know your prescriptions are in good hands. Just want to give her some recognition.”

“Wow … night and day change coming to this Walmart from the Monona Walmart. I went to this Walmart and was able to get someone to open the watch cabinet within 7 min.i went at the SAME time as I went yesterday… and ironically the girl
Who was working in the fitting rooms was busy helping customers and it still took less time. The bratty guy at Monona must have needed a diaper change. He just could not be bothered! He HAD to get his merchandise put away first and then he helped customers. I was there on 5/30-5 230ish”

“I decided to switch to Guardian back when it was still Mallatts, so have been with them now for years. At the time I was afraid because their hours are shorter. I had a few hiccups in the early years but over time their service and quality has improved a lot and their pharmacists and staff really care a great deal about the job that they do and making sure that vulnerable patients get their medications that they need filled and on time. I have gotten my prescriptions at every kind of place in the city and at this place it's different - they know who I am and they work really hard to make sure that my meds stay consistent.I also often have many of the same delivery drivers and they're very friendly and helpful, polite and bring the meds up to my apartment since I have a physical disability. Since I've been getting my meds from Guardian my medications and prescription issues of the many meds I take have gone down a lot -- and for a patient with needs like mine this is a big deal since with formulary problems from insurance, copay changes, sometimes mistakes from doctors, and all of those problems that can occur it can get very difficult to manage medications. They always do their best to make sure that at least if there is a problem that they are always doing their part to work it out.”

“Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Willing to go beyond what most pharmacies will do to communicate with my doctor to get things accomplished. Somebody above mentioned that they don't know what people are doing there. If you've been to other pharmacies at the UW Clinic has the pharmacists are in contact with other UW pharmacies that don't have a pharmacist on staff and they are Consulting them as well as doing mail out orders. Yes I do agree they have pushed a lot of work on these folks and should staff more people there if they're going to make people do all these different jobs for all these different uw pharmacies. I know when they were originally hired their workload wasn't like it is now with more responsibilities put on them. I sure hope they're getting paid a lot more.”

“When I have to go to urgent care or my regular doctor and they make out an rx for me with no refills I have it filled there since I am there anyway, not bad waiting periods and usually very courteous”

“I go to Walgreens on Whitney Way because of a casher named Lisa. She is patient and if you got the wrong item, she will wait to ring up the rest of the order while you get the right one.She told me about senior discount day, 1st Tuesday of the month.. She alerts you to irregularities in pricing.
She explains how the coupons work, some are good for a week, some 2 weeks.”
