I absolutely love this location. It has the best produce of all locations. The cleanest store and most organized and stocked shelves. I go out of mt way 15 min just to shop here. The associates are always very kind and helpful.

I have been shopping here for long time and I am continuously disappointed with the service. They always seem to be out of the items that are on sale in the ad, which is possible, but shouldn't be on the very first day (in the morning) that the ad started. This morning for instance, there were 4 different items that were in the ad that I wanted and none of those 4 items were available. One was the shaved streak in the meat department and when I asked the person working there if they had it he said no, I'm all out. I asked if they would be getting some in because it was just in the ad that started today, he said he didn't know. Another item I asked at the service desk about and I was sent to 4 different people before they told me that they didn't have it and didn't know if they'd get it. At this point, I just gave up. I like the store because it is close for me but I'm thinking it's time to find a new place to shop.

I have unusually bad luck with the self checkouts here, but the staff are always friendly and understanding. The store always has what I need for groceries when I'm in town.

The grocery store where the self-checkout employee(s) makes an effort to prop open plastic grocery bags ahead of you.

Mobile app sometimes struggles, trying to remember user settings. It appears to be related to the quantity of different Kroger store/brand names it has to juggle.
In the recent past, the app's been more reliable, so I hope that continues.
