The stores, even managers don't know the details about the Flex card which people on Medicaid can use at Metro stores for an allotment of $200 on a MasterCard debit. So I've had to pay out of pocket at Metro for several groceries the card won't cover. This is very basic knowledge. The communication might be poor between the company who issues the card and grocery stores.

My 5 kids and I frequent this location about 2 times a week. Everybody is always amazing and helpful when my crazy loud family and I come in! I also apologize for my screaming children. Thank you for never kicking us out haha 🤣

It usually has the basics, plus a couple extra items. Often they'll move extra stock to an empty shelf, which then ensures the item you actually need is out of stock; an example is moving extra chocolate ice cream to the strawberry ice cream shelf. The self checkout is chaos. Machines have clunky and slow software, making it probably faster to have a person scan your items.

This store is very well kept. The bathrooms were quite clean and the one that I love so much in all situations, they had great customer service. This is not my go to store, but when I'm in the area and looking for small products I'll go here. The prices can kind of be a little steep so I choose other stores in the areas.
If you're looking for clean produce and just a clean environment period I would advise you to go here.As far as prices they can be a tad bit on the expensive end.

What is happening with the customer service at this place the cashier was throwing my groceries then threw the watermelon on my bananas to smash them, I asked for her to not continue smashing my bananas and my produce and her response was that i could take them to avoid my things to be smashed, and started yelling at me and laugh because of my accent
Then when I’m talking with the manager about the situation she stopped doing her job and stood on a ver threatening way in front of me
Feeling afraid of going there again with that person threatening and yelling at customers

Metro market has some of the best bakery foods ever. I absolutely love their coconut macaroons.

Another kroger store. Pretty good selection overall, and fresh produce. Prices pretty standard. I like the people who work here- several helped me today.
