Absolutely the worst. Been blown off by customer service several times. OVER 10 times. STAY AWAY.
They left a pod on our property that blocked our entire driveway for over a week.

Madison PODS was great to work with. We had a little hiccup with rescheduling the delivery, but when I called to explain that the new delivery date wouldn't work due to our house sale date, Madison PODS worked to accommodate our needs. Our driver was polite, pleasant, and easy to work with. He asked great questions and made sure the POD was delivered with care at the new property.

We rented two pods for several months . We opened the pods this fall, the garage door that sat correctly, the items inside were perfectly fine. The other pod was filled with Mice, they were literally in everything with multiple nests. My husband said over 50 were in the pod.. we brought in help to handle the situation as it was not anything most people can handle.. smell and surprises everywhere. Over 75% of the items stored went in a dumpster.
The driver whom picked up the POD said it was the door issue and it was not sealed right, he marked it with a red tag for being faulty.
I brought it up to POD and they recommend we turn it into our Insurance Company ? They do not back up there product . We spent a small fortune thinking we were protecting our items and they literally do not care.... I would not recommended them if you care about what you are storing, save the money storing and just buy new items for the cost to store. in a POD..

My wife and I moved across the country and used PODS. We found it much easier than a Uhaul given we also had a vehicle to tow. Life got a little unexpected and we needed to change so many pieces of this process. From my experience, the customer service has been great and able to accommodate our needs. I only use the phone service as I feel that that when talking with someone, they were able to provide great assistance.

Using Pods for the first time. I’ve only had initial delivery and pick-up of a Pod but communication with my local, Madison shop, and specifically driver Mike. Mike called and worked with my needs even my steepish driveway.

Booked our pod in July for August. Scheduled delivery to have three days to load the pod. The day of delivery they called in the morning saying they had to reschedule due to the truck breaking down. They moved the delivery to the day before it was supposed to be picked up full leaving less than 24 hours to pack the pod. Absolutely will not be using them again for any moving needs.

Not a happy customer right now. The scheduling has been a nightmare- we schedule a time around our movers and they changed it last minute. Our pod was supposed to be moved today to our new home, we had a crew of people lined up to assist and we were told they can’t come until tomorrow now. And- they aren’t willing to promise an early morning arrival for the inconvenience. Now the pod is going to be in the way of our movers that are coming tomorrow. We also had issues with the arrival of our pod- we reserved a date and then they rescheduled for more than a week after. I’d try another company if you are looking for this service.

We ordered pods for the 12th and schedule pick up for 14th. Something happened to their drivers so they rescheduled pickup for the 30th. We are leaving on the 16th so can’t have the pod waiting until the 30th. Called and talk to bunch of customers representatives. One filled a claim to move the date to either 14th or 15th; which was denied but was not notified about it. Then called again and was told they denied the claim. So I explained everything that if they don’t take the pod by 16th; apartment management will tow it. They said they will talk to supervisor and placed me on hold then hung up after 20 mins of hold without saying anything. Called back again talk to someone then they transferred me to someone else they said they will file another claim and let me know by today (15th) or tomorrow but not guarantee. So if they don’t pick it up by tomorrow I’m wandering what am I to do with this pod. And they kept saying the claims are being denied when I’m telling them explicitly what my situation is. I’m moving tomorrow out of state then out of country before 30th. They won’t be able to contact me on the 30th. Apartment won’t allow POD to stay here until the 30th. Like give me a solution.

High pressure sale to book a PODS. Communication was subpar after booking. They say they will let you know delivery time day prior. They did not, customer service was closed. Wasted half a day trying to access the PODS. Had a holiday fall in my loading time, customer service said it was open and I could access the PODS. Drove 45 min to find lot locked and not accessible. Most of my items arrived undamaged. There was some damage to the corner of the PODS which may have caused shifting of my items, but not too bad.

Stored and transported my belongings across the country until I had my new place. Everything was secured, arrived just as I packed it. Gave me flexibility while moving with storage while I landed at my new home.
