Precision towing was a tow from hell! The driver is unprofessional and down right rude! The company have made promises that they did not deliver! They over charge and made the entire experience completely terrible.

Towed my car from my apartment even though my landlord had given them my plates. Called them to get it back and the man who answered was extremely uncooperative and wouldn’t even look into the fact that my property manager had given them my license plates and explicitly told them not to tow. She called them to tell them to bring it back and it took them a whole 12 hours to return the vehicle, I had to call again and remind them to bring it back. The woman who I spoke to in the morning was very kind though.

This place sucks. They didn't contact me til the storage and tow bill was over $1000 which is more than my car was worth. $65 a day for storage In a dirt lot? Avoid this place like the plague!!!!

We were hustled by this company how do u tow a car at a state fair were there's 10 thousand cars in a huge lot and say I was in a alley only to tow me a 1/4ofa mile to the other side and charge me 160 dollars.

Trooper was very nice and very kind and explain to me everything that was happening and he asked me for my driver's license, I had to go back inside he waited patiently for a forgetful elderly real respectful in a very fine job of pulling my car up on flatbed ... My son said I couldn't call for a tow and it was just too many and I wouldn't know what I was doing ,so I googled it and your name came up first and I called you thank you very much. I didn't it with your help and the young lady that I talk to this morning? kudos for all you proved my son's wrong????

Highway Robbery! My car stopped on the highway and the police had it towed here because it snowed a few inches ? they towed my car at 3am and do to me having an emergency surgery I couldn't go get my car until 10am the next day. They charged me $406 to get my vehicle for less than 48 hours is outrageous! I'm a mother of 5 struggling as it is and these people think it's okay to just rob people straight crooks!

They towed my car for not having a parking sticker, but what could have been a frustrating experience was made pleasant by the kind ladies at the office. One of the ladies gave me a ride to where my car was. The towing process was smooth and efficient, and the price was fair. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and kindness. Thank you for making a stressful situation so much easier to handle!

They don’t even deserve 1 star. $544 for a tow. Quoted $320 for new battery and install. Charged $501 and still did not work. Towed to our repair place to find out the battery wires were ripped and paid an additional $160 for the repair. Called the owner to try and rectify battery repair costs. But all I got was yelling once I mentioned disputing the charge. I was then threatened he’d come to our home and impound car. Then the excuses started, first was the car came that way and then it was the battery damaged happened because it went into a snow bank. Once I got off the phone, he called back and offered the recording of the 3 calls to validate there was never a lower quote. I looked at my call log and there were 6 calls, no response. Bottom line they don’t care. If they got your car they’re gonna get all they can out of you. Thankfully we have a very trustworthy and honest mechanic. We will never use or recommend Precision Towing again. Im sure the owner will deny and make more excuses but we know the truth and come with receipts. We wished we read the other reviews sooner. There should be laws to stop companies like this from ripping people off or denying access to a car even for medical reasons. Price gouging, very dishonest and disrespectful.

The scariest moment of my life and Mark was there in a timely matter and got me out in no time! He was able to make me laugh and stop the tears from coming which means a lot in a time of need. I would highly recommend to anyone needing this kind of help!

My girlfriend got into an accident this morning on the interstate, and Mark was there to help right away. Him and his team are amazing and really easy to work with. Best towing company by far thank you guys and keep up the good work
