I was part of a team from my church whose goal was to acquire an AV system in our sanctuary. The whole process with Wisconsin Audio Video was frustrating. The technicians were not prepared to help us learn how to run our system. The staff did not respond to our voice messages or texts in a timely manner to help us with problems. We have had our system for 4 weeks and at this point it has not worked correctly or smoothly.
