Very good! And the employees don't talk constantly in their own language like another neil- spa places. I don't mind another language, but it's overwhelming after a while.

Best nail shop in Madison. If you opt for getting fake nails they will last weeks compared to getting them done at other shops. If you have never been here I suggest you give this place a try!!

I am in love with this place! The owner and staff are so warm and friendly. Gel manis are absolutely flawless. It could last 3 weeks without chipping or peeling. Make sure to make an appointment before coming!

I tried several places when I moved here...All were disapointings except this place. They're professional, have a great choice of colors, very easy to talk to and very friendly. Jimmy is absolutely fantastic and very helpful with advices and color choices, his work last long time and I always get compliments about my nails. I absolutely love it!!!!

This was my first time going here. Never again! First it took 10 minutes for us to even be greeted. I got a full set acrylic. Literally the next morning the the nail polish was peeling and turning brown. I call them to inform that of what was going on and they said they needed to see them in person. Mind you by this time 3 days after getting them done one of the nails popped off. I go in on my only day off and when the man there looks at my nails he said it was my fault! He said it looks like it's from my lotion or a spray tan. I haven't had a spray tan in months and I use unscented lotion. I've been getting my nails done for years and have never had this issue! He said he would re paint over the nails but not replace the one that popped off for free. Never go there. The customer service is awful and the nail job is the worst I've seen. Update: I was told to pay before you guys even painted my nails. I cannot predict the future and know that your cheap nail polish is going to peel and turn brown the next day. The reason businesses continue to grow and thrive is based of refferals and word of mouth. When I got there you guys were empty and that makes sense why! You didn't greet us for 10 minutes I saw the woman working there on her phone and the rest of you guys talking to each other and blantenly ignoring us. Its been a week now since I got my nails done there and ALL my nails have popped off. I repeat all of them. Never have I had such bad customer service and such a bad nail job done. Then on top of it you blame the customer for a horrible job you have done! And talk down to them. Believe me I have told all my friends and co workers about your establishment and the terrible job and customer service I received and they will tell their friends. That's how word of mouth works. I suggest you humble yourself and listen to the customers who pay you to do a job and fix the issue not blame them

I went to Pro Nails II for the first time, choosing it because of its Google rating (4.3/5.0) and location. I'm happy to say I liked it very much. Although you can't expect this every day, I was able to make a same day appointment, so convenient. The shop has a neighborhood vibe with several customers greeted at the door by their first names. During my pedicure, I told Johnny (owner?, manager?) that one of my big toenails had a large split in it. He got some gel and repaired it without even being asked. My pedicure was great. Johnny's boys were playing in the shop, further adding to the informal, friendly atmosphere. I felt very comfortable and will be back again.

Do not go to this shop and spend your hard earned money. The customer service is nonexistent! I have worked in my field dealing with customers for over 19 years and never have I welcomed a new client as these individuals did my daughter and myself. The minute I walk into the nearly empty one customer salon, I was greeted with an attitude. I don't have to pay where I am not greeted kindly. One of the individual nail techs looks directly at me and I say we have an appointment and she states with an attitude "Pick a color". There was no Hi, Hello, How can I help you, Welcome, no nothing. Lol yeah you won't be getting my money. But you can have this here free.99 review. Next time you should properly greet business patrons instead of running them away because it doesn't help put money in the cash register or your paycheck. UPDATE after business left comment: This is the right location and you don't know how to service your new clients. I will not remove my review and I should have listened to the other reviewer about how you treat certain clientele. She was absolutely right! Next time you should think about how you treat others instead of being rude even if you do have long time patrons. Anyone in business knows business grows with "NEW" & returning clients. Obviously there's a lack of business ethics and knowledge on your part but that's neither my concern or lost. It's absolutely yours. And your Yelp reviews are 1.5 out of 5. I should've went on there instead of google to research your location.

Worst manicure I've ever had complete waste of money. Some woman who had no idea what she was doing did my nails. While I'm all about learning, my nails are streaky, the color is NOT opaque. She took so long yet the lighter color required 3 coats and she did not do them. It was clear she had no clue what she was doing. Also, while giving the hand massage at the end, got lotion ALL over my shirt (my sleeves were pulled up plenty far) she just rubbed the lotion on top of my shirt?! Very disappointed, regret going here, and will NOT be back. There are plenty of better places in Madison.

I got a mani-pedi last Wednesday, right before Thanksgiving. Today, the Monday after, my gel/shellac nails are completely chipped/peeled off! I paid extra for the gel/shellac on my fingers and usually have them last about a month at other salons I've been at - less than a week is totally unacceptable! The mani-pedi cost me $55.00 and I gave the technician a $15.00 tip because he appeared to have done a good job on the polish - clean and no smudges using candy apple red polish, however it was $70.00 wasted! I agree that the chairs are horrible and I also turned mine off because it was tossing me around like a rag doll. The technician couldn't understand what I was asking when I asked him how to turn it down.

Thought there would be nothing fun in this trip to Wisconsin but man I was wrong. Came in here with my co-worker as we have a free afternoon and thought going to the place as it's pretty close to where we stay would not be a bad idea. We had a great time, this is a decent place I have to tell you. Pretty much nothing to complain about. The place is very organized and clean with pretty nice interior. Staff is very nice and friendly. The lady who did my nails was very gentle and easy to communicate with. She took her time to make sure every tiny detail was taken care of and still got the job done in a timely manner. Good quality products and beautiful colors to choose. Very reasonable price. The place lighten up our trip a lot! Highly recommended !!
