Great tile selection and awesome service from Trisha. I wish everyone in the store was like her and the guy who works in the back , loading. He’s super helpful. I am also medically exempt per Gov mask order and they still serve me without any questions asked. I will keep sending my customers here as long as these things stay the same.

We had Prosource supplied the laminate flooring and carpet for our recent basement finishing project. We really love the flooring and the carpet. There was a mix up along the way, but like any reputable company Todd (owner) and Prosource team, stepped up do the right thing to take care of the customer. We are very satisfied with Prosource overall. The price is also the best in town. Definitely one of a reputable, honest and high integrity company. It's normal to make a mix-up (we are only human), what I really applaud is how they made it right. I definitely would recommend Prosource to whoever looking for flooring and carpet for their home.

Awful customer service, right off the bat. Very very snotty attitude towards our budget. We are new to remodeling and we’re looking forward to the exposure, Pro source was not helpful, extremely rude. In the large world of remodeling, I would never recommend them! We would Have changed our price points and increased our budget, if we were pleased with the customer service.

We are doing a complete kitchen and half-bath remodel. Our contractor referred me to Prosource to pick out cabinets and flooring, and I ended up selecting countertops from them as well. They were very informative and patient when I was picking out the cabinets, after which they referred me to the flooring specialist. She was extremely helpful; I ended up going in a very different direction than I had planned, but she has an excellent eye for style and color and found a flooring for me that works perfectly with the cabinets. She also provided helpful feedback on which of two countertops I had selected would work best with everything else. (Sorry, I have a terrible memory for names, so can't identify specific people.) Anyway, thanks to the guidance they gave I am looking forward to having a beautifully coordinated kitchen. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and I can happily recommend Prosource to anyone looking for quality products and helpful information.

I went here during business hours on Friday, 2/2 and the door was locked, I could see people inside, so I was forced to leave without having the opportunity to actually step inside and make a purchase.
