Originally went to a big chain repair shop and got no help fixing my gaming pc. Got recommended Remachines from a friend and could not be happier with the service. Boa was great with communicating progress as the troubleshooting process was ongoing. Will recommend to my friends in the future.

My laptop was dropping wi-fi and I have a lot of work to do this weekend. Called 3:30pm on a Friday and by 4:20pm it was fixed. Thought her name was Belle but I may have it wrong - she was very patient, explained what she was doing and even gave me a backup option in case her fix didn't work. Fix worked - rates were very reasonable. I also used them a while back to get rid of all the old outdated technology at our church - again, the rates very reasonable for recycling. I highly recommend them.

Great service! I had a dead drive and malfunctioning battery issue on my HP Pavilion Laptop, and Boa helped me extensively with both issues. They try to save you money by only recommending essential repairs. I did not need a new drive because I had a spare one from a previous computer, and they let me reuse that with no extra charges. Really great value for your money! Massively recommend.

Fantastic service from Boa. Came in with close to no idea what was happening to my MacBook and it was fixed a day later. Price was incredibly fair as well and I could tell they tried their best to save me money. Highly recommend if you need computer service!

The absolute best place in the Madison area to get work done on any machine. I came in for a simple battery replacement and Bao had it done FAST. Make sure to call ahead because she can get busy but this business is very efficient and I highly recommend checking this place out if you have any questions about your computer!

I went in because I built a PC and it was not detecting my graphics card. Boa was able to figure out the problem and fixed it as quickly as she could. She was amazing and had very strong communication and people skills. She has also been doing it for years so you know you’re in great hands.

Boa at Remachines is really wonderful. She knows her stuff and she’ll explain it to you and answer all your questions. She even sent me recs for replacement parts via eBay. I will absolutely go back to her any time I need repair in the future.

The aluminum frame on my laptop was deformed after I dropped it on the floor. My charging port and a USB port were blocked as a result. But Remachines fixed it right up! They took off the frame and bent it back into place; nothing fancy, but just what I needed. And they got it back to me within a few hours! Only $40 -- after the $10 discount for leaving a review :) Thanks Remachines!

Remachines has been instrumental in getting my new building set up for business. They have not only provided computer systems at a very reasonable price but determined what we needed, and got everything set up including the Ethernet wiring throughout our entire building.They also provided and installed an awesome security camera system and will be helping us out with door security locks. Nate is extremely responsive, reliable and knowledgeable. I am so grateful to have him on our team!

My custom build PC would not post and I suspected the motherboard was the issue.I did not have an extra one to troubleshoot, so I explained my issue over the phone and brought my PC in.They were able to quickly confirm that the motherboard was bad.I would go there again if I needed help, support your local businesses

This place is outstanding. I had issues with my PC since I bought it for almost two years, to the point where I wasn’t using it knowing that I would prob encounter an issue. It seemed like every issue was unique but it turns out it was because the cooling system was broken! I would have never been able to detect this on my own because the fans were spinning but the radiator wasn’t working. Boa took the time to explain my options, give me her best advice, and even (without asking or upcharging) took the old fan off the radiator and added it to the new radiator so I have 3 fans exhausting heat to keep the PC cooler. I also called around before I ended up here and Boa was extremely reasonable with her rates. I’ve been using my PC non-stop since bringing it back and I haven’t had a single problem since! Thank you, Boa! If I ever have issues again, I know where to go.

Even though the diagnosis for my laptop was about as bad as it could get, Boa did everything possible to minimize cost and provided me with options for fixing the laptop elsewhere (Remachines did not have the necessary equipment to solve my particular issue). Even saved me over $100 because she caught the real issue—the tiiiiniest bit of corrosion, almost invisible to the naked eye—right before she tried some other solutions that would have cost me money but not actually done anything to fix the laptop. Just an efficient, honest, local business.
