Rick, can I come and talk to you about my experience for 15 minutes? I'll be the first. I'll have to come in first so I have one, but that $50 sounds interesting.Merry Christmas(It's a joke I'm stopping in today I'll change the rating)

The staff is so knowledgeable and takes the time to explain and show you that they know their stuff. My fiancé got my engagement ring from them and it’s the best I could ever hope for.

Stopped in today and had just about the best experience ever. I went in to see if there was any value in some jewelry I had acquired. Unfortunately most of my items were costume, but still walked out with a little bit of money and a whole lot of knowledge. Tom was amazing and took the time to explain so much to me. He even wrote me lil “cheat sheet” note to use. Seriously! This place is a gem. Thank you Tom! Can’t wait until I collect more and come visit again.

THE place to go if you want to buy or sell jewelry. I had no idea they have such gorgeous rings!! If you are looking for an engagement ring, shop here first and you will save thousands of dollars...seriously. I went in to get a price on a ring and bracelet that I wanted to sell and then found a gorgeous diamond ring that I acquired for a fraction of the price you would be charged at a typical (extremely overpriced!) jewelry store. Super knowledgeable, straightforward, friendly people and incredibly fair prices.

Tiny little eclectic shop filled with antiques and jewelry. Top to bottom. Very crowded and old.I sold a ring and they offered less than quarter of the value. Disappointing. Don’t expect much if you’re selling, even if you have the paperwork like I did.Interesting place however.

These guys are the real deal. I wasn't sure if I would get anywhere near the price I calculated my 24k gold bracelet was worth. True to their word I was offered 90% which I felt was fair given they have to make a living as well...Will definitely use them again

I got three bids for my gold, silver and platinum. Ricks was $604 higher than the lowest bid. The second highest bidder didn't think one of the bracelets was gold. Trevor tested it and it turned out to be gold. Trevor saved me $347. They gave me the highest bid over the phone. I got 80% of the spot price for 14K gold and 85% on an 18K piece. They were very friendly and professional. Most important of all I felt they were totally trustworthy and they paid the best price.

I walked in and was shopping around for less than three minutes but was very rudely told off by the owner of the shop that an area that was open and full of merchandise was off limits to customers. I would be upset about this experience but everything in the store is dirty and overpriced. I cannot in good conscience recommend this shop to anyone.EDIT: You will notice the store owners rude response down below because he thinks I was not being understanding when I made my review. "Talking to a customer normally" usually includes a simple hello, and I also would have included a comment that the back of the store is closed off. But all three workers including the owner couldn't be bothered. Any good business owner would allow a customer to look at merchandise whether they are remodeling or not if the merchandise is being displayed. The only conclusion I can come up with is that he attributed my age or appearance with not having money to spend in the store. Coming from a fellow business owner I can give you a couple pointers on customer service if you'd like, have a good night.

I usually accompany my son in his thrifting endeavors. My son is a buyer never a seller, a buyer not a looker. As we walked in the store everyone just sitting around, no one bothered to take the hoard off the display cases for us to look, or even a simple greeting "Hello"! All of a sudden everyone up and moving around, instantly busy and blocking areas from us to shop that are clearly part of the merchandise floor. I was ready to leave as soon as I walked in. A dust mop and courteous attitude go a long way. In this day and age we try to support local. ANYTHING in that store is a dime a dozen. I'll gladly buy online or somewhere else without the layer of dust and dead bugs.
