DO NOT go to this store!! This store will lie to you, take your money an NOT deliver!! We purchased a protection plan for ALL our jewelry, when we needed something repaired, they said we had NO COVERAGE. Yet they took our money! Horrible service!! Horrible management!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Got amazing customer service. With getting extra help in finding the exact design I had in mind and bringing in to life. Also the expediency on resizing it when I got to big a ring was outstanding. Definitely shopping here from now on.

Justin was absolutely amazing today and this evening! My fiancé and I came in to purchase our wedding bands and Justin not only was amazing over the phone when I had called in earlier in the day, but incredibly knowledgeable & personable when we arrived to the store! I upgraded a wedding band and ring with Garrett at Rogers and Hollands. I originally completed an order and transaction with another sales rep that ended horrible- I will spare you the details, but wanted to shout out Garrett at the Madison, WI location. Garett went above and beyond to find a new diamond that fit our budget and get a new band given the other rep ordered the wrong size. I also appreciate that Garrett's leadership gave him support in making the situation right. Now I love my ring!

Friendly, helpful staff. We stopped in to have a ring repaired that we had purchased years ago. We had purchased the ring with a lifetime warranty and they were able to get a replacement ordered without any hassle. They even offered a recommendation on where to get a haircut.

Garrett has been great and really knowledgeable about watches. His passion for not only watches but jewelry shines through in his smile and customer service. I have been a customer at many jewelry stores and this by far exceeds past experiences. I highly recommend Rogers and Hollands and Garrett in particular, whe doing your next jewlery or watch purchase.

I simply LOVE my engagement ring! I have received MANY compliments on it! Today I brought in my ring, (as I have lost one of my stones ?) and the process to get it replaced went seamlessly! Justin was MORE than helpful and accommodating! Sandy is the best and has (decades) of experience! I love this store & the customer service it provides!!

We were told the groom’s ring would be ready on the 28th. 2 weeks pass by so we called them to see where the ring was. They said they didn’t know and would call us back asap to update us. Nope, they never called us back. We even went in to stop and ask since we were in the area. The girl there was rude and said she didn’t know and said the jeweler was behind. Okay, an update would be nice at least. 3 weeks pass and we call again because no one’s updated us. A lady answered and she didn’t seem to care about the situation. We’re not in a hurry but we’d just like to be updated once in awhile as it’s a $500 ring. If it took longer than the 28th or the ring was lost, we would understand and be patient. But nothing was being told to us and they never call us back when they tell us they would. The girl on the phone started caring and started to take action when we said we were thinking of returning the ring when we got it and getting a refund. She said the jeweler came down with health problems and she’ll call us asap. Turned out that the ring was at the store and ready for pick up all along. Because it was in a “smaller case,” they missed it. Turned out they were just blaming the jeweler and not taking accountability. I would give it a 1 star but we had my rings on time. Otherwise, horrible customer service.

Recently got engaged to my now fiancé, bought a ring and a band for her and everything went well, she also purchased me a ring for the wedding. Salespeople there are good at their job and know what they're doing. The big problem I've run into is the service afterward. My ring has been at the store for over a week longer than they said it would take, the Jewler has a lot to do right now which is understandable. I called in and spoke with a lady that also manages the Milwaukee stores, I believe her name was Lily. She said she'd call me back in a couple of minutes with an answer on where the ring is, I didn't receive a call back so I went into the store the next day and they said Lily got busy that day, which again is understandable, but you could at least call me in the morning to let me know. After going to the store, they said they will call me with an estimated time on how long the ring will be and I have yet to hear anything. Salespeople again were great and I believe if I had talked to the same lady that sold me it (Cassidy I believe) I think she would have been more on the ball but haven't spoken to her in a bit. Worth going in to look at rings and speak to salespeople if you want a ring, be prepared to contact them for answers rather than them just keeping you posted.
