This store smells like body odor and trash everywhere. Messy shelves. Nothing organized. Everything seemed thrown on a hanger sloppy. Dressing room was a joke. This was worse than a St.Vinny's thrift store. I had to ask my daughter if Ross was a thrift store chain like Goodwill.
Just close the store and let someone in Madison rebuild a multi-story apartment building there.
