Scambag brokers, booked a load with them ( Kimberly ) , was told that shipper loads FCFS , showed up to load and shipper requires appointment.... couldn’t wait till the first available appointment, asked for TONU, Ruan never paid anything and never answered phones after that ! Pathetic brokers !
