My car was stolen. That in itself was a traumatic experience, but it happens. What I didn’t expect was the disregard that occurred with the repair agency that was paid directly by my insurance who also requested repairs.\\n\\nAt least two workers were rude. My insurance paid for a deep cleaning and we didn’t receive one. While standing outside at the dealership, the worker claimed that they provided me with a curtesy cleanse which only included vacuuming. When inquired about a deep cleaning, he told me it would take at least another two weeks without my vehicle. They had it for more than a month.\\n\\nGot my car after it was sitting outside for who knows how long and it only had enough gas for four miles. I’m pretty certain all the work requested by the insurance agency wasn’t completed. I called to complain and none of the mangers called back. I will file a complaint.\\n\\nUpdate: Once a manager called me back, he agreed to provide me the service that our insurance company had already paid for, if I amended my Google critique. So, now I’m giving them one star because they clearly only care about what we write on Google and not the actual service paid for.

Worst customer service known to man. Avoid this dealership at all costs. took my Challenger in for some basic repairs & it was worse than having a tooth pulled. These people are incapable of the most basic/standard updating you with the status of the repairs, etc. I always had to call them back & when I did I got a different person nearly every time upon reaching the body shop. they never knew whom I was, which car was mine or what repairs were being done & had to explain it to them every time & only then were they able to provide an update. Steer clear of this dealership entirely as not only are these people incompetent but even worse, they don't actually care. Absolute garbage, will never return.

They are OK. Felt pressured and like they were trying to get away with something during the buying process. Service department experience hasn't been great. I've expressed my concerns but nothing has been done about it. Have had far better experiences at other dealerships.

I got my car towed there on Tuesday cause my engine needed to be replaced with Warranty they were very quick with it and by Friday the following week they told me I could come and get my vehicle. Is sounded just like new and I was very grateful for their speedy work! And shout out to Kelly who upon arriving there Friday went above and beyond to help me get my car home! Thank you for all your help! 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone.Service: Engine repair

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here. Joe, in the service department, is always friendly and honest and makes sure everything is done right. I like the easy communication about what’s going on with my car and honest pricing on the work being done. They also offer Lyft services to get you where you need to go as well as back to the dealership. Customer service and quality work are Top Notch here.Services: Auto brake repair

Highly over priced. Had a $2000 bill for maintenance 60k mile check up and changing a brake pad. Received a call half way through the day about some potential extra maintenance needs. Called back 3 times and no one answered. My wife and I were on hold for an hour to talk to someone. Upon arrival to pick up the car no one walked us through maintenance that was done, the car was not washed, and I never received finding from the maintenance inspection. Probably will not go through them again for service.Services: Transmission

This business, specifically Joe in the service department made my experience completely hassle free. He provided me with regular updates on every aspect of my service. He supplied me with information about my warranty benefits as well as rental reimbursement and submitted my towing allowance as well. Can't stress enough what an asset he is to this business.

We had some questions about the extensive running of the auto’s air conditioning fan, and also a humming noise occasionally produced by the electric charger. The service technician spent a good deal of time inspecting the car and determined that the car and fan are healthy. There was no resolution regarding the charger noise. We appreciated the good communication by the technician and the time he spent with us personally.Service: Vehicle Inspection
